General Overview:
Renovated in 2021, the Hilton London Heathrow (T4) is a 4-star business hotel that offers flexible space for various meeting types from 10 to 300 delegates. The hotel is a flagship for sustainability and wellbeing and uses 100% renewable energy and has its own Chef’s garden for local produce.
Location:
Hilton London Heathrow (T4) offers great accessibility for national and international delegates as it is connected directly to Heathrow Airport T4 via a covered walkway (7 min) which also allows direct access to the Elizabeth and Piccadilly tube lines which connects to the City of London.
Connection to other terminals are available by free airport train or Hoppa Bus. Central London can be easily reached within 35 min, Canary Wharf business district within 50 min by tube or by car. The hotel is 10 minutes away from major motorways – M25, M4, and M40.
For delegates driving, there are 219 parking spaces.
Design:
Hilton London Heathrow (T4) is built as a high atrium with plenty of natural daylight and space, modern and contemporary throughout. Recent refurb (2021) is focused on using natural materials and lots of greenery. The hotel provides a clear business look and feel.
Bedrooms:
There are 398 bedrooms, 309 of which are standard rooms. Other rooms are represented by 84 Executive rooms and 5 Suites. All standard rooms are similar in size – 25 sqm and come with triple-glazed windows, blackout curtains, air conditioning and a large working station with a desk. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi connection, mini-fridge, bottled water, safe, iron/board, tea and coffee making facilities, LCD TV. International sockets (EU, US, UK types and USB outlet) so no adaptors are required.
A group check can be arranged if required.
Restaurant:
The hotel offers OXBO Concept which combines OXBO Kitchen – the main restaurant – opened for buffet breakfasts and lunches and a-la-carte dinners, OXBO Café – opened for lighter meals, and OXBO Bar. Private dinners can be arranged in the Meeting Space.
There is a small shop on-site selling travel essentials.
Meeting Space:
The hotel has 960 sqm of flexible event space with business centre and registration desk. Meeting space décor follows the business style of the hotel.
Divided into two conference areas – Heathrow and Concorde, the venue offers 19 meeting rooms, which can accommodate various group sizes from 10 to 300 delegates. The biggest meeting room, Heathrow Suite can accommodate up to 300 theatre style, has direct access to the loading bay, can be divided into 2 parts, and is adjacent to 2 breakout rooms.
Another area, Concorde, has a natural daylight atrium that can host exhibits or can be used for coffee breaks and lunches. It allows direct access to a small outdoor terrace for delegates to take some fresh air.
Smaller meeting rooms within both areas can be used for board meetings, discussion groups, office space, or storage areas.
Experience:
The service levels are consistent and in line with business meetings & events needs, including those for Healthcare sector.
The hotel has vast experience in hosting events for the Healthcare sector from small corporate meetings to larger product launches.
Fitness:
Hilton London Heathrow (T4) has a well-equipped gym (no spa or swimming pool).
