Frankfurt International Airport is accessible within 20 minutes by car or 35 minutes by public transport with Mainz central station only 1,5 km away and an additional local train station across the river. From the Hilton Mainz, you can reach major motorways (A3, A5, A60, A66, A67) within a few minutes by car and connect to Cologne, Frankfurt, Darmstadt, and Wiesbaden. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Bedrooms:

281 standard guest rooms are designed in warm and calm colours with 26 sq.m. of average size, an ample working desk, and a mini-bar as well as tea/coffee-making facilities. Bathrooms either have a bathtub or a modern walk-in shower. The restaurant “Weinstube” offers 140 seats inside as well as 90 seats on the outside terrace, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and several areas available for groups needing privatised dining space. The Hilton Mainz also has a small gym located in the City Wing of the hotel.

Meeting Space:

The Hilton Mainz has 10 meeting rooms including 5 contemporary meeting rooms with natural daylight and space for up to 90 delegates in theatre style plus a small boardroom for up to 10 persons. The main plenary room “Goldsaal” accommodates up to 500 delegates in theatre style. Although all meeting rooms are located on one floor, multiple groups can be hosted in different parts of the hotel, ensuring privacy and security if needed.

Restaurant:

The 300 sq.m. “Brasserie” can be used as a private function location for large convention and congress groups as the hotel is connected to the Congress Center Mainz, giving the impression of an “all-under-one-roof” facility.

The Hilton Mainz is very experienced in being the host venue of meetings from the healthcare sector, as several pharmaceutical companies, the Johannes-Gutenberg University, the University Clinic of Mainz, as well as emerging biotechnology companies, are located either in Mainz itself or in nearby cities. Whilst the hotel has a Riverfront location, the tourist attractions and the historic old town are about 600 meters away and not visible from the hotel.

The guest rooms and the gym are in the same City Wing building as the casino, The casino is a separate entity, independent from the hotel and customers can only access it from an external entrance on the other side of the street not from inside the hotel.
