General Overview:

Hilton Prague is a business hotel with the ability to organize large-scale events under one roof due to its 38 flexible meeting rooms, and 791 bedrooms.

Location:

Located in Karlin, a residential area in the heart of Prague but a 15-minute walk away from the tourist areas of the city. Prague’s Ruzyne airport can be reached in 30 minutes by taxi and for delegates driving, over 200 parking spaces are available. The main train station is 5- minutes by car and the Prague Congress Centre can be reached in 10 minutes or 15 minutes by underground. The nearest station is the metro station Florenc which connects directly to both the Congress Centre and the Main Train Station.

Design:

Hilton Prague is easily identifiable by its modern glass-box façade and the central lobby is roofed with a glass pyramid which gives the hotel an airy and spacious feel.

Meeting Space:

The Meeting space is distributed over 3 floors centralized around the Main Lobby that provides privacy for large, mid-size or smaller events. The Mezzanine Floor features a Ballroom for 320 attendees in a classroom setting, with 13 flexible and naturally lit breakout rooms.

Congress Hall with a capacity for up to 1350 attendees is on the lower lobby level, and 15 breakout rooms are clustered next to and above the Congress Hall. Both areas can function separately and securely to allow more than one healthcare meeting on the property at the same time when separate and private check-in desks are provided.

Experience:

Due to its large meeting spaces, the Hilton Prague hosts many Life Science and Pharmaceutical meetings and congress blocks, as a direct metro, can be taken to the Prague Congress Centre.

Flexible Food & Beverage menus make it easy to support meal caps requirements and unpackaged items can be provided to allow for accurate of TOV reporting with experience of government delegations, and high-level security is on the property.

Bedrooms:

The hotel recently completed a renovation of all 791 bedrooms on 8 floors and while the design inspired by Czech Cubism is contemporary, the rooms were built with the Business Traveller in mind, equipped with a laptop-sized safety deposit box, USB plugs/power outlets, iron/ironing board and Hilton brand toiletries. The lobby is also a centre point for easy navigation during events, home to the 8-station Front Desk, a 450-seat breakfast restaurant, a lobby bar and a Czech / International restaurant. Private areas can be offered for lunch and dinner but for dinner meetings, a meeting room is required.

Fitness:

Hotel guests have access to the Hilton brand LivingWell Health Club and Spa, equipped with resistance and cardio machines. There is an indoor pool and chargeable treatments are available in a confined area, not visible from public areas. It is in the South East Corner of the Mezzanine Level, with an entrance separate to the meeting space.

The Hilton Prague is officially non-rated as confirmed by the Czech Association of Hotels and Restaurants, the deciding body on categorization. However, as a business hotel, it can be considered equivalent to a 4* hotel.
