The Hilton Sorrento Palace, South of Italy a 4* is a conference hotel with a resort character. It features one of the largest and most advanced congress centres in Southern Europe and its significant amount of meeting space forms a prominent part of the venue's offline and online marketing.

Located on the hill of Sorrento, 10 minutes walking distance to the city centre of Sorrento, it is not directly in the historical area or on the coastline.

Naples International Airport is 45 minutes by taxi and the hotel is also easily accessible domestically by train as a high-speed train connects Naples Train Station,(one hour away by car), with Milan, Rome and Florence, Sorrento’s train station is located at 1 km to the Hilton Sorrento Palace, 10 min walking distance, or 5 min by car.

For delegates driving there is outdoor parking for 300 cars adjacent to the hotel.

The design style of the hotel is contemporary with a Mediterranean flavour, of business standard with resort character. 

The buildings’ architecture is modern and has a low-level design with a dedicated entrance to the congress centre. Décor is light, and muted in colour and does not attempt to provide either a boutique or design-led experience to the overall styling. The renovated and contemporary bedrooms offer free Wi-Fi, bathrooms are functional, and well-designed with mid-range toiletries. All renovated rooms follow a consistent colour scheme. Of the 335 bedrooms, only 65 rooms are Executive rooms and suites.  The Sorrento Restaurant serves lunch and dinner whilst breakfast is usually prepared in a banqueting room, also ideal for private functions.

The outdoor areas can be offered as coffee breaks or lunch locations and do include as separate areas.

There is a small fitness centre and an indoor pool however, spa treatments are not available. The outdoor pool opens during the summer months only whilst the tennis and padel courts are available all year around.

The congress centre sits over two connected floors providing security if multiple groups are using the venue at the same time and boosts 24 meeting rooms and 3500 sq m of exhibition space, with the largest, an auditorium for up to 1500 persons. There are a large variety of banqueting rooms of different sizes including private outdoor space connected to the conference centre for coffee breaks, lunches and dinners for up to 1000 persons. The décor is contemporary, light and functional.

The hotel is healthcare sector aware and supports a wide range of meetings such as advisory boards, investigator meetings, product training as well as internal meetings. Due to the size of the congress centre, it is also an ideal venue for congresses from the healthcare sector.

Sorrento is known as a tourist destination during the summer months and the hotel has a large outdoor pool but does not offer spa treatments. Sales and marketing does leverage its location to attract the leisure market but in isolation, the hotel has the facilities to support large conferences.
