Design

The building is 7 floors high with a modern exterior appearance, predominantly of light brown tiles and glass.

Meeting spaces and bedrooms were renovated in 2023 and reflect the modern design.

Meeting Space

The building features over 4000 sqm of event space across 46 conference rooms divided into three main conference areas making it possible to organize conferences for up to 528 theatre style in the biggest room „Berlin, Berlin “.

Meeting rooms can host small advisory board meetings in u-shape or boardroom for 32 and 250 in cabaret style, ideal for investigator meetings.

Bedrooms

The hotel has 701 bedrooms spread across 7-bedroom floors and includes 210 Standard, 212 Superior and 60 Family rooms from 20 sqm. With 190 Premium rooms from 36 sqm and 13 Suites.

Standard rooms come with work desk, laptop safe / tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, and empty mini fridge.

Restaurant

The Lütze is the hotel’s main restaurant has 260 seats, serving international cuisine. It can be privatised.

Experience

The hotel is a regular host for HCP meetings and has experience of hosting a range of meeting types including advisory boards and investigator meetings.

Leisure:

The hotel offers complimentary access to the Gym with high-tech training machines and free weights, and a Finnish Sauna and sanarium area. Leisure facilities are in the basement which is not visible to meeting delegates. There is no pool and spa treatments are not available.

The hotel is officially 4-star rated and can be considered as a business, conference hotel.

Its city location is central but away from the main tourist areas the city is renowned for.
