The Ibis London Earls Court Hotel & ILEC Conference Centre is a member of the Accor group of hotels located in West London and well known for its large pillar-free conference spaces for up to 1200 delegates, and bedrooms for over 500.

Location:

Both West Brompton & Earls Court London Underground stations are nearby and are on Piccadilly & District lines heading towards London’s Heathrow or the city centre where major mainline stations connect to major UK cities. West Brompton also has overground connections and via Clapham Junction, gives direct access to Gatwick Airport. Both Gatwick & Heathrow Airports are under 50 minutes from the property either by car or public transport. For delegates driving the hotel has on the property a self-contained private car park with up to 140 spaces.

Bedrooms:

Bedrooms offered are in Classic, Superior, and Suite categories. Rooms are functional with baths or showers for accessibility needs. All rooms have WI-FI complimentary.

Restaurant:

The Le Table restaurant seats 100 pax and full buffet breakfast and can be privatised for events or used as additional catering areas privatised for lunch, DDR breaks, or even dinners. The George & Dragon Pub is conveniently located on the 1st floor adjacent to the restaurant with a soft-seating capacity of 130, which can also be privatised throughout the day if needed and utilised as an additional catering space for larger events.

Meeting Space:

For catering and meeting requirements, the main London Suite provides flexibility with 30-floor plans to suit events of up to 1200 guests. This pillar-free hall has a high ceiling and is also fitted with state-of-the-art technologies and stylish contemporary décor. The London Suite also contains a ground-level loading bay access for large props, even automobiles, and extensive sets, ideal for exhibitions. Additional syndicate rooms, all with natural daylight, are also available as meeting spaces, hospitality lounges, or break-out rooms.

Experience:

The hotel is healthcare sector aware and experienced in hosting seminars, and exhibitions for both healthcare clients and distributors. The venue is near the offices of global healthcare companies.

Fitness:

The hotel does not have any leisure or fitness facilities

This venue is located in a city renowned for its historic and leisure attractions however, the hotel site is located some distance from these areas and has minimal impact on the venueís business proposition. To attract the weekend leisure market this venue may promote its facilities and nearby activities. These supplement its business services, which can stand alone and are only modestly impacted by facilities and activities aimed toward weekend guests.

The hotel has begun guest room upgrades with a completion date of Q4 2024 and will be re-positioning from an Ibis hotel (an Eco brand under Accor) to a Mercure hotel The hotel will have 222 Ibis rooms and 282 Mercure rooms being 1 of a few hotels which contain an inventory split. The public areas, check-in experience, and F & B outlets will all be Mercure products. Mercure is an Accor Mid-scale legacy brand.
