General Overview
Hyatt Place London Heathrow, is a business hotel with extensive meeting space of 13 function spaces ranging from 29-125 sqm, most with natural daylight. The meeting rooms have the flexibility for multiple plenary and large-sized breakout rooms, as well as many smaller rooms, which positions
the venue as a conference style meeting Hotel.
Location:
For business travellers, the hotel is a 5-minute drive to London Heathrow terminals 2, 3 and 5 which provides is express connections to Central London by heathrow Express to Paddington, plus the Elizabeth line and other underground lines. Regular Heathrow Hotel Hoppa Service to and from Terminal 2, 3 and 5. There are 72 on-site car parking spaces available with 4 electric car charging stations and space for coach parking. The London orbital, the M25 is just 5 minutes away and connects to the M3, M4 and M40 within 20 minutes.
Design:
The building is modern in design, with refurbishments made over the years to give the hotel a more contemporary, business-like feel.
Bedrooms:
All 341 rooms are soundproofed with triple-glazing and offer a workspace area and individually controlled heat and air-conditioning. Size of the bedrooms ranges from 24 to 28 square meters and are designed to offer both work and lounge space. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi connection, mini-fridge, bottled water, safe, iron/board, LCD TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms include international sockets (EU, US, UK types and USB outlet) so no adaptors are required. Many of our rooms offer panoramic views of the airport and In-room dining is available 24 hours a day. A group check in can be arranged if required.
Meeting Space:
Thirteen meeting rooms are purpose built and modern, spread over the hotel's lobby level and ground floor and come with free Wifi. All spaces are flexible meaning they can be tailored as desired and accommodate up to 100 delegates, in a theatre set up. Described as the “best meeting space in Heathrow” Blue Sky Suite is a unique room located on the 6th floor of the hotel, with private lobby area and breakout space.
Restaurant:
The Gallery, a 128-seat restaurant is used for breakfast, lunch and dinner with spaces for small and larger private groups. The design follows that of the Hotel with a modest, yet attractive style aligned to the business position of the Hotel. The Market offers a selection of grab and-go items from snacks to drinks, which is available 24/7.
Experience:
The hotel has an equipped team with healthcare sector knowledge and cross-department compliance communication. Compliance training is reflected by dedication to regulatory standards and commitment to safety and quality. Hyatt Place Heathrow supports a wide range of meetings such as advisory boards, investigator meetings and product training. The Hotel’s location has close ties to esteemed universities in the area, such as Brunel University.
Fitness:
A fitness gym is open 24/7 on the ground floor, which does not impact any meetings taking place on the ground or first floor. There is no spa or swimming pool on site.
In our opinion, this hotel has very little by way of compiance risk and can be considered a business venue apppropriate for HCP meetings.
To attract the leisure market they may promote some guest facilities and nearby activities.
