General Overview:

The four-star OREA Hotel Pyramida is a traditionally modern business hotel with one of the biggest conference facilities in Prague with 12 meeting rooms for up to 1000, delegates supported by 340 bedrooms. 

Location:

The hotel is located in the city centre bordering both Old and New Prague, and just 15 minutes by car from Prague airport. Public transport can also be used to access it. The tram stops in front of the hotel, and you will reach the historical city centre such as Old Town Square or Lesser Town in 10-20 minutes. The hotel is situated on the borders of the historical and new town of Prague, the Castle is located 10 minutes by walk. For delegates driving Motorways, D1 connect with Brno or Vienna, and D5 with Germany. Private parking offers up to 150 spaces. The Prague Congress Centre can be accessed by metro and is 30 minutes.

Design:

This 80’s building external design style is modern and contemporary, and since its renovation in 2021, the interior aligns with the same style and is designed for business travellers, and corporate and conference groups. The hotel provides guests with a swimming pool and fully equipped gym with free entrance for hotel guests and paid entrance for external visitors. A small sauna (up to 4 pax) and massage treatments can be booked for a fee.

Bedrooms:

121 standard Bedrooms included facilities such as WiFi, toiletries, coffee and tea making facilities, a small fridge and the mini bar is filled only upon individual request. There are no executive lounges, however, the a la carte restaurant and bar Eclipse, connected with the lobby area are nice spaces for individual gatherings or business meetings.

Restaurant:

The Group restaurant fits up to 400 pax and buffet breakfast is served here on daily basis. For dinner meetings with 100% privacy, a meeting room is required.

Meeting Space:

The conference space offers 12 rooms with additional exhibition areas, suitable for standing lunches and coffee breaks. The largest, the naturally lit Conference Hall Sun, is located on the ground lobby level with space for up to 550 delegates in theatre style. The breakout rooms are mainly on the 1st floor, mostly with natural light with capacities from 20 up to 80 pax.
The unique meeting space, Observatory, is located on the 9th floor and provides space for 40 pax with a private terrace. The cinema hall Dlabacov is also connected to the hotel, with a dedicated entrance, and extraordinary meeting space for big audiences or lectures with 370 spots.

Experience:

The hotel has a significant long-term experience with conference organization, including the healthcare sector, cooperation with healthcare and medical associations, local hospitals, and universities, including clients of pharmaceutical and other healthcare-focused companies.

The hotel is located near Prague Castle and a popular tourist area of Prague and this is reflected in some of its marketing material targeting leisure groups. 

The hotel's wellness and relaxation facilities include massages and a sauna however, these are chargeable.
