General Overview:

Hilton Madrid  Airport is a 4-star business hotel, just 2 minutes from Madrid Airport. 

Location:

The hotel connects with Madrid City Centre in just 15 minutes and Ifema, the main Convention Centre in Madrid, is 5 minutes by car. In addition, two of the main University Hospitals in Madrid, La Paz and Ramón y Cajal are 15 minutes by car.

Design:

This is an airport hotel with a modern and contemporary exterior which style continues through all parts of its interior.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom sizes are considered large at 37sqm and come with a large working station with a desk, free Wi-Fi connection, and a bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower.  

Meeting Space:

The Conference Center has more than 1.700 sqm of meeting space, with 15 meeting rooms, all located on the ground floor. Exclusive use can be provided in our North Tower, with 150 bedrooms, where all meeting space is located, suitable for healthcare meetings needing privacy when presenting sensitive material.

The plenary rooms allow 450 people in theater style, 450 sqm, 6,5 meters in height, and no pillars. Meeting space décor follows the design style with a modest, effective design across the 15 meeting rooms.

Experience:

The hotel is healthcare sector aware and has experience in hosting a wide range of meetings such as advisory boards, investigator meetings, and product training.

Fitness:

Guests have free access to the Gym, pool, and sauna.

The Hilton’s Meet with Purpose initiative offers the chance to introduce wellness, and sustainability to meeting programs.

As a business hotel close to the airport, we do not believe this hotel poses any significant compliance risks.

The fitness center, pool and sauna is located at the 1st floor, however, is not visible from within the lobby or meeting areas. No spa available.

The executive lounge is for guests staying in superior rooms only.

Madrid city offer visitors much in the way of culture, entertainment, and historical attraction. However, the distractions of the city can easily be avoided due to the venue’s location, whilst maintaining access to the infrastructure of Madrid.
