General Overview:

The Radisson Blu Plaza Oslo is a 4-star hotel with a large number of bedrooms and extensive meeting space options and is ideally placed to host international and national business meetings.

Location:

Located in the city center and commercial district, the hotel is a short 3-minute walk from Oslo's Central Station which provides direct links by the Airport Express train to the international Airport in 30 minutes. For delegates driving, the hotel provides chargeable parking 

Design

With an all-glass exterior, this 37-story building presents a modern and contemporary feel which is continued throughout its interior. 

Bedrooms:

The hotel has 678 bedrooms including 19 Suites, all with complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, coffee-making facilities, Iron and board, safe and working area.

Meeting Rooms:

With 30 meeting rooms, the hotel is able to support every meeting type including conferences for up to 1100 in the Sonja Henie Ballroom, on the 2nd floor, a dedicated meeting floor with 24 meeting rooms.

On the 33rd floor in the Plaza Panorama, offering a further 6 meeting rooms more suited to advisory boards and smaller dinner meetings.

Restaurant:

The Restaurant Gaio is the location for guest breakfasts and semi-private meeting lunches.

The Top Oslo on the 34th floor is the hotel's restaurant for dinner and offers views across the city. 

Fitness:

All guests have access to the Plaza Pool on the 25th floor and the Fitness gym on the 37th floor, well away from public and main meeting spaces.

Marketing makes strong references to its location to tourist attractions but these are not visible from the hotel

Being a 37-story building with an all-glass exterior, the hotel does provide a focal point but in our opinion, should not be considered 'iconic.

The Top Restaurant may not be marketed as fine dining but with views across the city, there is an attraction to dining here.
