General Overview:

The Grand Hotel Birmingham is a 4-star business hotel situated in the financial district of the city of Birmingham. 

Location

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre with Snow Hill train station next door to the hotel, and New Street station a 5-minute walk. Birmingham International Airport is 13 miles away and for local HCPs that wish to drive in to the city, the hotel offers a 55% discount at a local NCP car park.

Design

The hotel re-opened its doors in May 2021 after a full restoration and is a mix of French Renaissance, Victorian, and Art Deco features but all are functional. 

Meeting Space

The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 delegates cabaret style and is located on the ground floor of the hotel. On the 1st floor is a dedicated events floor with 8 meeting rooms varying in size from 12 boardroom to 100 theatre style. On the 1st floor, all the meeting rooms come with built-in plasma screens and clickshare; natural daylight, and the original high ceilings. 

Experience

The hotel is located within walking distance of the children's hospital and is healthcare sector aware. It supports a wide range of meetings such as advisory boards, investigator meetings, and product training.

The hotel has a small gym located on the 3rd floor.
