IFEMA Conference Center is 8 minutes away by car, while key metro stations like Canillejas are about 9 km away (8 minutes by car or 18 minutes via public transport). Major train stations, such as Madrid-Chamartín Clara Campoamor and Atocha, are both approximately 18 km from the hotel, reachable in under 20 minutes by car.

Additional outlets include Champions Bar (American/Tex-Mex, 220 capacity) and Greatroom Bar (Tapas and local dishes, 100 capacity). Only certain areas, such as meeting rooms and private dining rooms, can be fully privatised for business use. Bars and the buffet area do not offer full privacy. All 54 meeting rooms are available for private dining or events. The public foyers and bar lounges also support informal professional gatherings.

The sports bar is accessible off the hotel lobby and separated from the meeting spaces and would not be included in any proposals that relate to HCP meetings.
