The Vienna Marriott Hotel is a business hotel located in the city center adjacent to the CAT (city airport train) which is a 16-minute non-stop service to Vienna International Airport and connects with the 74 airlines providing flights to 205 destinations worldwide.

Conveniently 5 stops away, using the U-Bahn (underground public transportation), is the Messe Wien Exhibition & Congress Centre. The city offers a Wiener Liner Congress ticket which gives your participants unrestricted access to all modes of public transportation which would conveniently grant you simple means for the short distances between all three congress centres and the Vienna Marriott. Onsite parking can be found at the hotel.

Purpose-built and opened in 1985, the modern and contemporary exterior is a contrast to the typical Imperial Viennese architecture of Vienna’s first district, as it follows the Marriott business-standard.

The hotel provides guests access to a fitness gym and small pool but there is no spa and treatments are not available.

The hotel offers 328 rooms, of which 191 are standard. All rooms have a modern and contemporary design, with a work area, free Wi-Fi for Marriott Bonvoy members, chargeable minibars, safes, hot water kettles, robes, daily complimentary bottles of water, and Marriott brand toiletries.

The 165-seated, Parkring restaurant, located on the banquet level, services breakfast focused on Austrian & American cuisine. It can also be privatized for program lunches and dinner meetings. The option of dividing the restaurant with its retractable walls accommodates a more private and appropriate setting dependent on the size of the function.

Champions is an American-styled Sports Bar & Restaurant but would not be included in any proposals that include HCPs.

The Vienna Marriott hotel has a significant amount of meeting space dedicated to the second floor which allows for additional privacy. Guests can access this area directly from the elevator avoiding all other areas of the hotel.

The Festsaal Ballrooms A, B, C, and D are equipped with retractable walls which create 1 to 4 ballrooms which can hold up to 500pax in theatre seating. The Palais Sachsen and Coburg I – VI are 6 rooms that when combined, offer two separate rooms and combinations offering from 20 to 150 in theatre style.

Décor follows the design style of the other parts of the hotel with modest styling an open concept and a naturally daylit foyer used for catering and coffee breaks.

Vienna is a popular destination for global healthcare congresses and the Marriott Vienna has hosted Healthcare programs including Advisory Boards, Speaker Trainings, KOLs, Regional & International Sales Meetings, POAs, and Sales Training from globally recognized leaders in the industry.

Located on the Ringstrasse the Vienna Marriott hotel overlooks the city’s Stadtpark with little or no distractions from Vienna’s tourist sites.

External travel websites, Booking.com and Google show a 5-star guest perception and experience rating, however, the hotel is officially unrated.

The hotel has live music but only on Friday evenings and not during the business week.
