General Overview

DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen is a 4-star hotel, surrounded by nature/woods and has a large amount of meeing space capable of holding meetings of up to 500.

Location

Located south east of Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport can be reached within an hour and Amersfoort, the nearest town, in 20 minutes, and in Utrecht in 30 minutes. A complimentary parking space is available including charging stations.

Design

DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen is modern bulding with two distinct wings, with a focus on incorporating nature in its design. 

Sleeping rooms

The 113 rooms are modern, spacious with large floor to ceiling windows. rooms are distributed over 3 floors and are equipped with a bath and separate shower and a spacious balcony. There is free wi-fi throughout all rooms, as well as a flat-screen television, safe, iron/board, and tea and coffee-making facilities.

Meeting space

21 meeting spaces provide natural daylight, including the Nassau Pavilion which features 360-degree views. The total event space of 1897 square meters, located over 3 floors allowing for separation for competing healthcare companies.

Restaurant

The Royal Parc Restaurant is an all-day dining restaurant that provides the lcoation for guest breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Fitness

The hotel offers a 24/7 fitness centre with a pool, and massage / relax areas located away from meeting facilities.

This hotel has recently been renovated and is listed on many external booking sites as a 4* property.  Clearly, with 21 meeting rooms, it can host large conferences however, due to its immediate surroundings and facilities, sales & marketing is naturally targetted towards the leisure guest. 

The hotel is located amongst woodlands and next to a 9-hole golf course which is not owned and managed by the hotel although information can be found on the hotel website. Bedrooms, the restaurant and main meeting room overlook the course.  

The hotel offers leisure guests a wellness centre with spa facilities and advertises spa days on their main website. These leisure facilities are in a separate building and away from the main public areas and meeting spaces.
