General Overview
The Melia White House is an officially 4-star rated with a mix of facilties to support both leisure and meeting groups supported by 8 meeting rooms.
Location
The hotel is located in London's City centre, next to Great Portland Street underground and close to, but not overlooking Regent's Park or any other tourist attractions.
London's City, Heathrow and Gatwick Airports, can all be reached within 60 minutes by public transport.
Delegates driving can drop off and pick-up but the hotel does not have its own car parking spaces although paid Car Parks are a short distance away. Coaches can park outside if pre-arranged with Camden Council.
Design
The hotel's is a 1930s Grade II listed building, in an Art deco style in brick. Inside the decor is more modern and contemporary, with a wood interior with warm lighting.
Meeting Space
The hotels meeting space is accessed via the hotel entrance with all 8 meeting spaces spread out providing different options (ie. Some more private, one next to the bar) The largest space is the Hyde & St James which comes with 2 break out rooms and a foyer area which can be offered as private use.

Bedrooms
The hotel has 580 bedrooms spread across the 1st to 8th floors. Room amenities include a work desk, laptop safe, tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary wi-fi, mini fridge, coffee table and chairs, dresser, TV, complimentary water and USB charging points.
Mini-fridges can be removed on request. Bathrobes & Nespresso machines are only offered in upgraded categories.
Restaurant
The hotel's Arado Restaurantis on the Ground floor offering Mediterranean cuisine. It can seat 140 people and along with Bar 35 can be semi - privatised if needed however, for dinner meetings, a private room is required.
Meeting rooms can also be used for private banqueting.
Experience
The hotel works with the University College London and regularly hosts conferences, along with bedroom blocks when conferences are held at nearby colleges such as Royal College of Physicians and/or Nurses.
Fitness
The hotel provides guests with a fitness gym providing free weights and exercise machines, but there is no pool and/or a spa, and treatments are not offered.
The Melia White House is close to, but does not overlook Regent's Park or any of London's tourist sites and areas.
It is officially rated as 4-star and provides guests with a 24 hour gym - there are no spa facilities.
The hotel's building demonstrates art deco architecture but is a modern version of a Grade II-listed 1930s that retains some art deco style.
