General Overview:

NH Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst is a large 4-star business and convention hotel, with 508 hotel rooms and 123 meeting rooms that can accommodate meetings for up to 2000 in one room.

Location:

Since the venue is located in Noordwijk, Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is a 20-minute trip away and Central Station Sassesnheim is a 12-minute trip away.  Additionally, there is a non-stop connection by public transport to Haarlem.  For delegates driving, the hotel has direct connections to highways N206 and N443, and there is a car park with a capacity of 600 complimentary parking spaces, including some for electric cars.

Bedrooms:

All the hotel bedrooms are on the first to fourth floors while almost all the meeting rooms are on the ground floor.  The hotel has a total of 513 hotel rooms and all rooms are equipped with business amenities such as coffee and tea-making facilities, a small fridge, a toiletries kit, a safety deposit box, complimentary Wi-Fi, a TV, and a working desk. The superior (XL) rooms are larger and have additional amenities like a bathrobe and espresso machine. However, these amenities can be removed to offer more standard rooms should that be required for the meeting.

Meeting Space:

Two entrances can be used separately for direct access to the conferences centre with each entrance having its own foyer and lobby area. As they do not link with the rest of the venue this means that more than one healthcare company can be hosted on property at one time.

Most meeting spaces are located on the ground level at the Conference Centre. The venue features 123 meeting rooms varying in size, with the largest conference hall being 1.000m2.  This specific conference hall (Atrium), can accommodate up to 1.400 people in Theatre style and when combined with other meeting rooms, up to 2.000 people per event can be hosted. There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and dedicated Wi-Fi connections are available.  The entire conference centre is wheelchair accessible and can be divided to have a part of the entire building exclusive, including a hotel room wing and restaurant.

Restaurant:

The main entrance of the hotel leads directly to the reception and its ‘Beach’ restaurants where an à la carte menu in a modern environment is served. The restaurants can seat up to 200 people and can be used exclusively upon request. For larger capacities and privacy, meeting rooms can be used for catering functions.

Experience:

The venue has experience and expertise and has hosted many international conferences organized by the healthcare industry, including those involving HCPs, such as Associations and congresses like scientific programs, training programs, product launches, and internal meetings.

The hotel has Fitness and Wellness activities however, these are modest in size and are in a separate wing of the venue.

The venue used to be a seminary and, therefore, has a historical background but one that was for learning.

Noordwijk is situated on the coast, however, the beach is a 10 minutes drive.
