The hotel does not currently operate an airport shuttle. Adjacent P+R Hoofddorp provides 408 parking spaces and is externally managed, with the parking facility owned by the local government. Coaches can pick up and drop off directly in front of the hotel entrance.

Design

The property is a modern business-style hotel opened in 2016, with sustainable building materials incorporated into its construction. The public areas have an industrial-influenced lobby design, while the meeting spaces are specifically focused on business use. Two large replica paintings of Dutch Masters are located on the meeting floor. The meeting facilities are concentrated on one floor, with a separate lift available for meeting delegates, supporting separation between meeting and general hotel traffic.

Meeting Spaces

There are 18 meeting rooms located on one dedicated first-floor meeting level. A separate lift can be used to access the meeting floor, helping to separate meeting delegates from hotel guests. The largest meeting room accommodates up to 450 delegates in theatre style and measures 417 sqm. All other meeting rooms are on the same floor, ranging from boardrooms for up to 10 delegates to larger breakout/event rooms accommodating up to 195 delegates. Meeting formats include boardroom meetings, seminars, conferences, private product launches, workshops and networking events. Areas can be privatised or made exclusive where required.

Bedrooms

The hotel has 314 bedrooms across 12 floors, from floors 2 to 13. Accommodation is offered as Standard Rooms, Executive Rooms and Junior Suites. Standard rooms include a work desk, coffee station, iron and ironing board and complimentary Wi-Fi. Standard rooms also contain an empty mini-fridge. Nespresso equipment can be supplied without coffee cups if required, while bathrobes are available from Executive Rooms upwards.

Restaurant and Public Spaces

Gourmet Bar & Restaurant is the hotel's principal restaurant and is located on the ground floor. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering buffet and à la carte dining with an international menu. The standard capacity is 175 guests, with the venue stating that this can be increased for larger events. The restaurant can be used for dinner meetings but cannot be completely privatised and has no AV provision. Where complete privacy is required, The B House provides a private alternative with blackout privacy screens.

The Galaxy Deck provides a semi-private option for professional gatherings, with capacity for 90 guests for meals or workshops and up to 120 for networking and drinks. The B House can accommodate up to 160 guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner, up to 230 for meetings and up to 250 for receptions. The Play Lounge has capacity for up to 50 guests. 

Experience

The venue reports experience in hosting healthcare and life-science-related meeting formats including training, medical congresses and workshops. It also accommodates wider business formats including conferences, seminars, boardroom meetings, private product launches, workshops and networking events. 

Fitness

The hotel provides a gym on the first floor with a separate entrance, located away from the meeting spaces. The facility includes both free weights and exercise machines. There is no swimming pool or spa, and the hotel does not market itself as a spa or wellness destination. Spa treatments are not available. The only other leisure-related facility identified is a mini-market at reception selling food, drinks and typical guest /traveller supplies.
