General Overview
The Park Plaza Victoria London is positioned as a modern contemporary 4* hotel and conference center conveniently located in central London, within easy walking distance of one of the main city transport hubs of Victoria train and bus station, close to the Westminster area of London. With dedicated conference space for events up to 550 people, the Park Plaza Victoria London is strongly positioned as providing a wide range of residential meeting and event options.
Location:
The Park Plaza Victoria London is a purpose-built 4* contemporary venue located in the heart of the tourist and commercial heart of Westminster, London. Easily accessible from London Heathrow, Gatwick, and City airports, the venue benefits from good London Underground links with the nearest station being Victoria.
Bedrooms:
There are 299 bedrooms which are accessed from a separate lift lobby opposite the main reception. These are categorised as Superior or Executive. All rooms are contemporary in design and offer the meeting delegate the appropriate environment and amenities in which to work or rest including complimentary wi-fi access and an in-room safe, international sockets and data ports, min bars, iron and ironing boards, tea/coffee making facilities as standard. There are also 12 apartments with separate kitchen areas and lounges. There is an Executive Lounge on the 1st floor.
Meetings:
There are a total of 17 meeting rooms comprising 4 main suites which can be used in a variety of different ways to ensure a multi-purpose, functional selection of meeting possibilities. On Conference Level -1, the largest room - The Victoria Suite can accommodate up to 550 people theatre style altogether or 220-250 in each half. The adjacent Beatrice Suite is an L Shaped room but used as two halves each accommodating 166 and 140 respectively and alternatively as one offers great exhibition options. There is also a small conference organiser's office. This level is ideal for an integrated conference and exhibition requirement. Moving down to Conference Level -2, you find the Edward Suite which is a long room accommodating up to 300 theatre style in total if used as one but this can also be split into 7 individual rooms to accommodate 24 boardroom style or differing combinations of these together. Opposite the Edward Suite is the Albert Suite which as one can hold 140 theatre-style or three separate rooms accommodating 40-45 people boardroom style. The optimum number for meetings requiring meeting facilities and food and beverage and accommodation is 220 people.
Restaurant:
The hotel's 86-seater Italian restaurant, TOZI is on the ground floor, accessible through the Lounge Bar or via its on-street entrance.
Leisure:
There is a limited Fitness Suite available together with separate sauna and steam and treatment rooms.
This venue is in a destination that has a strong offering for both business and leisure visitors. As a result, people's perceptions of the venue may differ depending on how they use the location for meetings. This venue is located close to a number of local tourist attractions. These, in our opinion, have no bearing on the venue's meeting proposition, as there is a clear separation between the hotel site and that of the attractions.
