The Park Regis Birmingham is a 4-star business centrally located business hotel offering 253 guest rooms and 11 versatile meeting rooms that accommodate up to 300. The hotel offers a modern and contemporary ambience with a boutique feel for all guests to enjoy.
Conveniently located on Broad Street in the very heart of the city, Park Regis is easily accessible from New Street train station and Five Ways train station by foot or taxi. Birmingham International Airport is only 11 miles away and is easily accessible by public transport, with Five Ways train station less than a
5-minute walk and Birmingham New Street a 15-minute walk away. For delegates driving the M6 junction is just a few minutes’ drive away and a hotel partner offers over 400 car parking spaces.
The hotel has a modern and functional design with a predominantly glass exterior, natural daylight floods throughout the hotel, public areas and meeting spaces.
All 253 bedrooms are modern and contemporary in design across 3 categories Deluxe (the hotel’s standard category), Executive rooms and Suites.
The contemporary design flows through the public areas, meeting space and accommodation.
The 1565 restaurant offers a seasonal A-LA-Carte offering a selection of contemporary British Cuisine. With 120 seats and additional space to overflow to the bar and terrace, this restaurant can be hired privately or can be sectioned to provide private space.
The hotels 11 function rooms are located across the 4th, 11th, 15th and 16th floors of the hotel with each floor offered as private spaces.
Level 4 space is suitable for advisory boards with 3 fully functional boardrooms for up to 20 and on the 11th floor is the Executive Boardroom for 14. Our Level 15 meeting space offers 5 versatile and naturally lit rooms for cabaret or theatre style meetings, for up to 170.
The Level 16 Sky Gallery & Loft hosts events for up to 300 in theatre style. The Sky Gallery features a separate internal staircase leading to Level 15, making exclusive use of both floors a possibility and can all be accessed via a separate Meetings & Events entrance, located to the side of the hotel.
The hotel is healthcare sector aware and supports a wide range of meetings such as advisory boards, cycle meetings, investigator meeting, product launches and training as well as an established relationship with both local and national university care trusts.
COMPLIANCE HOTSPOT
Some descriptions of the property use the word ‘luxury’ however, the Park Regis is an official 4-star hotel and can be considered as a venue for business. The hotel advertises a spa, but this is externally managed, has its own external entrance and is not located near the meeting spaces or bedrooms.
Panoramic views of the Birmingham city skyline are advertised and only available from meeting floors.
The 1565 serve Starbucks branded coffee but this is not a Starbucks outlet.
