The Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia is one of the biggest conference hotels in Tallinn offering 13 meeting rooms for up to 500 participants in theatre or 220 cabaret style, and has played host to healthcare congresses such as EAU Baltic 2017 and Urology Congress September 2019 and healthcare meetings including those involving HCPs

Situated at Liivalaia 33, Tallinn, Radisson Blu Hotel Olumpia enjoys a central city location. The hotel is 10 minutes by car from Tallinn Train Station, 5 minutes from Tallinn Coach Station, and 8 minutes from Tallinn Lennart Meri Airport (3.4 km). It is also a short drive to the city’s major passenger terminals, including Passenger Terminal D (2 km) and Terminal A (2.6 km), with ferry connections to Helsinki and Stockholm.

For larger congress events, the Tallinn Creative Hub is just 10 minutes away by car. The hotel offers 50 on-site parking spaces and three coach parking spots managed by Tallinn Municipality, with a drop-on/drop-off area directly in front of the main entrance.

DESIGN

Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia is a purpose built 26 floor high-rise with a modern, functional exterior design, blending brick and glass elements. The interiors are professional and discreet, with thoughtful layouts to ensure privacy in public areas and easy access to meeting rooms. The conference center on the second floor has three entrances: a dedicated entrance from the outside, one through the hotel lobby, and a direct connection from the second floor via Senso restaurant and elevators.

Following the Radisson Blu brand, the hotel styling is modern, contemporary with a Nordic touch.

MEETINGS:

The hotel offers 13 meeting rooms, all located on the second floor. The largest space, Alfa 1 & 2, spans 300 m² and accommodates up to 350 guests in a theatre-style layout. All meeting rooms feature individual climate control, natural daylight, built-in LED/LCD projectors, high-quality AV equipment, and on-site technical support. The layout allows seamless transitions between main sessions and smaller breakout discussions.

BEDROOMS

Radisson Blu Hotel Olumpia Tallinn has 390 guest rooms spread across floors 4 to 24. The rooms are categorized as follows: 106 Standard Twin Rooms, 45 Standard Double Rooms, 64 Superior Twin Rooms, 100 Superior Double Rooms, 9 Premium Twin Rooms, 14 Premium Double Rooms, and 6 Jewel Suites. Each room includes Wi-Fi, a work desk, in-room safe, ironing facilities, coffee and tea-making facilities, a mini-fridge, and complimentary access to Club26 fitness and wellness center.

RESTAURANT and PUBLIC SPACES

Senso, the hotel’s main restaurant located on the second floor, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with buffet, portioned group, and à la carte menu options. It seats up to 400 guests.

Private dining options include the Main Banquet Hall, accommodating 120 for seated events or 200 for standing receptions, and the Zeta Banquet Hall, suitable for 40 seated or 60 standing guests.

For more casual gatherings, the Lobby Bar on the first floor offers 50 seats and an à la carte menu, while Café Boulevard provides 60 seats with light snacks, sandwiches, and pastries. For 100% private events, the hotel recommends using its banquet halls.

FITNESS

The hotel’s Club26 fitness and wellness center is located on the 26th floor. It features a 16-meter pool, sauna, and a fully equipped gym offering panoramic views of Tallinn’s Old Town. Although not marketed as a spa or wellness destination, Club26 provides a relaxing complement to business travel, allowing guests to unwind after meetings.

The Radisson Blu Hotel Olumpia Tallinn is officially a 4-star property and does not advertise itself with 'non-compliant' terms such as luxury, award-winning, or boutique, instead focusing on its suitability for professional and corporate events.

While live music is occasionally provided during holiday brunches, the hotel maintains a business-focused atmosphere.

On the ground floor there is a Sports Bar which is not operated by the hotel. Although located on the same wing as Conference Center, entrance from the hotel to the OlyBet Sports Bar can be closed and covered as there is separate entrance from the street.
