General Overview
Radisson Blu Hotel Milan is a business-focused property, with meetings and events representing a significant proportion of its operations. Approximately 90% of its group and events business derives from the corporate segment.
Location
The hotel is located in a residential area of Milan, near the MiCo Congress Centre, Rho Fiera exhibition grounds, and Allianz Cloud arena. Delegates can access the venue by several sustainable transport routes: Malpensa Airport via the Malpensa Express train, Villapizzone train station with direct connections to Garibaldi station, tram services to Duomo, and buses to Cadorna station.
The venue provides 80 car parking spaces managed directly by the hotel. Coach parking is available directly in front of the hotel in a designated space.
Design
The hotel features a modern brick exterior. Internally, it is designed in a contemporary style, with light finishes across public areas, meeting rooms, and guest rooms. Discrete access to the conference centre is available, supporting compliance suitability.
Meeting Spaces
The venue offers 13 meeting rooms across two dedicated meeting floors, supplemented by two additional spaces on the 6th and 10th floors (Blu Club Meeting Room and the Presidential Suite).
The largest space is the Blu Conference Room (283 sqm), accommodating 220 delegates in theatre style (250 maximum). Other meeting spaces on the ground floor include Blu Conference 1 (112 theatre), Blu Conference 2 (70 theatre), Meeting Rooms 9 and 10 (42 and 40 theatre, respectively), and a foyer. The first floor contains seven further rooms with capacities ranging from 10 (boardroom) to 64 theatre.
Rooms can be configured for boardroom-style or breakout sessions. Several foyers can be privatised, supporting flexibility for events. A private entrance is available for meeting attendees.
Bedrooms
The property offers 250 bedrooms across 9 floors (floors 1 to 10). Room categories include Standard Rooms, Superior, Premium, Junior Suites, and Suites.
Standard amenities include a work desk, complimentary Wi-Fi, laptop safe with integrated international charging, and tea/coffee making facilities. Mini-fridges, bathrobes, and Nespresso machines are not included in Standard Rooms.
Restaurant and Public Spaces
The Leonardo Restaurant, located on the ground floor, serves international and Italian cuisine with a standard capacity of 140, expandable to 180. It can be fully privatised for dinner meetings, though its layout does not support presentations.
Additional public spaces include:
Leonardo Bar: 25 seats, not available for private hire.
Leonardo Courtyard: 120 seats, can be privatised from €1,400 + VAT.
Foyer Blu Conference: available for private use at no extra cost depending on event size.

Experience
The hotel has experience hosting a wide range of healthcare and corporate events, including advisory boards, sales meetings, investigator meetings, brand team meetings, product launches, scientific speaker meetings, and patient-effect steering committee meetings.
It maintains signed master service agreements (MSAs) with key healthcare agencies and has established links with the healthcare meeting marketplace, including access to science parks, hospital clusters, universities, and life science companies.
Fitness
A fitness centre is located on the first floor, separate from the meeting spaces. It includes cardio machines, free weights, and multifunctional exercise equipment. The facility also includes a small indoor pool and sauna. The hotel does not market itself as a spa or wellness destination and does not provide spa treatments.
The hotel is officially rated as a 4-star property. It does not promote itself as award-winning, nor does it emphasise nearby tourist attractions. Entertainment such as live or DJ music is available only on request.
A review of language suggests the venue avoids terms such as "luxury", "boutique", or "resort". The tone of its communications aligns with compliance expectations, focusing on professional services and meeting capabilities rather than leisure or entertainment.
