General Overview

The Novotel Paris Eiffel Tower is a 4-star business hotel and conference centre that align with residential conferences, with 732 bedrooms and 36 meeting rooms capable of hosting theatre style meetings for up to 600.

Location

The hotel is located on the left bank of the River Seinne in Paris, surrounded by commercial businesses. Named after the famous tower, the Eiffel Tower is in fact a 10 minute walk away.

Montparness railway station is a 15-minute car or taxi ride away and the Charles Michel Metro is 800 meters away. The A13, A1 and A6 are all within 6 kilometres away and for delegates driving, the hotel provides 80 externally managed parking spaces. For groups, coach parking bays are available outside on request.

Orly Airport can be reached within 20 minutes and Charles De Gaulle within 50 minutes.

For groups using the hotel for congress housing, the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is reachable in 20 minutes by public transport.

Design

The hotel is a high-rise building of concrete and red brick with a modern and contemporary interior.

Meeting Space

The 3000 m2 convention centre occupies three floors of separate and dedicated building attached to the hotel but with a dedicated entrance and can accommodate advisory boards for 20 through to symposiums in theatre style for 600.

On the 2nd floor are the smaller meeting rooms for meetings and events for 20 to 100people

On the 3rd floor are the larger meeting spaces for meetings and Floor events for 100pax, up to 600 people.

With the number of meeting spaces of all sizes, the venue is well suited to all business meetings, product launch, exhibitions and symposiums and floors and the entire space can be privatised on request.

Bedrooms

The hotel offers 764 bedrooms including 6 junior suites and 6 suites across 31-bedroom floors. All rooms come with work desk, laptop safe / tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary wi-fi.

Restaurant

The hotel has two main restaurants, the Greem in the hotel and the Benkay on the top floor (4th floor) of the convention.

The contemporary Greem serves French contemporary cuisine and has 200 seats, and you can privatise the Danube room within the restaurant for 90 pax.

The Benkay is a Japanese fine dining restaurant seats 90.

The Bar QG Grenelle on floor 2 is also used as an area for event functions.

Experience

The hotel regularly hosts meetings from large global healthcare and life science companies from the healthcare sector including Lab meetings, symposiums, doctors meeting, product launch, Labs general assembly…

Fitness

The hotel has a lrge fitness gym providing free weights and fitness machines with a swimming pool and sauna, located on the top floor of the business center. There is no spa and treatments are not available.
