Located in the La Défense Business district it is 3kms away from the city’s main tourist areas. The nearest Metro station of Esplanade La Défense is 1 minute away and connects the hotel to all areas of Paris including the stations of Gare du Nord and L’Est in under 30 minutes. Charles de Gaulle Airport can be reached in 35 minutes and the Palais des Congres, home for many healthcare congresses, is 10 ns away)

For delegates driving, the hotel offers 28, externally managed parking spaces and for group travel, there are 2 coach bays available on request.

Design

The hotel is 19-storey’s high and the describe is ‘avant-garde’ and present a modern contemporary glass façade alluding to a design led styling that is continued inside.

Meeting Space

The hotel has 11 meeting rooms across 3 meeting floors accommodating anything from boardrooms for 11 to conference rooms for 300 in theatre style.

On -1 the naturally lit Floor Miro 1, Miro 2 Miro 3 can be opened into a large meeting room. Supported by breakout rooms, Cesar, Serra, Selinger and Veneti also with natural daylight.

The Calder is also on this floor, a medium meeting room, no natural daylight.

Located on 18th floor is the Flexy, a medium meeting room with natural daylight and panoramic view of Paris.

Located on 19th floor: Eiffel 1 and Eiffel 2 with natural daylight, panoramic view of Paris and meeting room can be opened into a large meeting room.

Meeting room floors can be privatised on request.

Bedrooms

The hotel offers 364 bedrooms across the 2nd to the 18th floors and provide a Work desk, laptop safe / tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary wi-fi.

For HCP meetings, any mini-fridges, bathrobes and Nespresso machines, can be removed if requested.

Restaurant

Le Miror is the hotel’s main restaurant and seats 102 serving Mediterranean cuisine and can be privatised on request although for dinner meetings, a meeting room is recommended.

The hotel also has the Reflet restaurant for groups up to 50 people and the Foyer Takis on -1 floor with no natural daylight but can host up to 180 people in a Finger buffet setup

The lobby bar the place (ground floor) up to 80 people in Cocktail setup and the Skyline bar located on 19th floor with views of Paris, can host up to 130 people.

The hotel has played host to both internal and external meeting types.  

Fitness

The hotel provides guests with a gym on the 2nd floor with free weights and exercise machines.

There is no pool and spa treatments are not offered

The hotel presents an impressive glass designed appearance and uses elevated language e.g. luxury / inspired chic, to describe its facilities but these references are limited.  

Being 19-storeys high, the hotel bar and 18th floor meeting rooms, do offer views of the Paris skyline. No doubt impressive, the main tourist areas of Paris are 3 kms away.
