General Overview
The Hard Rock Marbella is a 4-star business hotel with conference facilities to host meeting sfor up to 546 in theatre style with 383 bedrooms so larger meetings work well here.
Location
The hotel is located in the south of Spain In a residential area outside the city of Marbella, close to but not overlooking Puerto Banus. Malaga and Gibraltar airports can be reached within an hour and for delegates driving, the hotel sits close to the main A7 road and the hotel offers 36 parking spaces. For group travel, coaches can pick up and drop off but there are no coach bays.

The brick exterior can be described as Classic in design
Meeting Space
The hotels conference center offers 8 meeting rooms across two floors. On level 0 is the Roxy Ballroom which can be divided in 3 but when combined can accommodate 546 in theatre style.
The other 5 meeting / breakout rooms are on Level -1 .
Privatisation options are available on request
Bedrooms
The hotels 383 rooms are split across 5 bedrooms floors in two buildings. Each come with tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary wi-fi.
Restaurant
Session on Level 0 is the name of the hotels main restaurant and serves an International menu. It can seat 300 when including the terrace. Depending on the size of the group, privatisation is possible.
Additional outlets include the Eden pool area – Sun society – Gmt+1 lobby bar
Fitness
The hotel offers guests a fitness gym with free weights and exercise machines.
The hotel advertises a spa and wellness centre with two pools. These facilities are located away from the meeting areas and treatments are an additional charge.
As part of the Hard Rock brand, theming throughout includes larg brand signage and memorabilia that is likely to be considered an attraction to meet or stay here.
Live music and evening entertainment is often provided for residential guests and the overall proposition is for large business meetings but also a large amount of leisure facilities.
It is likely that the hotel is most suitable for internal and residential meeting types.
