General Overview
The Hotel Narvil is a 4-star conference hotel with 12 years of experience working with medical and pharmaceutical companies and associations.
Large residential meetings for 300 sit well here with 33 meeting spaces offering a wide variety of capacities which align to small, medium, plus large conferences for up to 1500 with 332 bedrooms.
The location and design made in harmony with nature make Narvil Hotel very special and help keep productivity and focus on the business but also balance and freshness during even long meeting days.

Location
It is located on the outskirts of Poland’s capital, set amongst wooded areas and near but not overlooking Lake Narew.
Warsaw city center is a 40-minute drive, and the International Airport is 55 minutes by car or taxi. For delegates driving the hotel offers 350 parking spaces with coach bays available for group travel.
Design
The low-level building exterior is sleek and modern, nature-inspired with areas of open space.
The interior presents a modern and contemporary style, with, glass, wood, and plants, with open areas that are naturally lit.
Meeting Space
One main entrance leads to 33 multifunctional meeting rooms which can be privatised on request.
On the ground floor, there are 10 meeting rooms, including the biggest room (Amazon – suitable for up to 1500 pax which can be also divided into 6 smaller rooms.
On the 1st floor, 14 meeting rooms include a mezzanine that provides access to 6 meeting rooms.
On the 2nd floor: 2 meeting rooms and one other meeting room underground.
The amount of dedicated meeting spaces means that Conferences, exhibitions, congresses, workshops and trainings, product launching, cycle meetings, board meetings, and evening galas are held regularly here.
Bedrooms
The hotel has 332 bedrooms split across the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors and come with a work desk, complimentary wi-fi, safe, notepad, pencil, and tea/coffee-making facilities on request.
For rooms with mini-fridges, bathrobes, and Nespresso machines, they can be removed if requested.
Restaurant
The 400-seat Kaskada (Cascade) restaurant on the ground floor is the hotel’s main restaurant and serves Continental cuisine. It can be privatised but for dinner meetings, a meeting room is recommended where HCPs are invited.
Other outlets include the Aruana Restaurant and Aruana in the Garden (a la carte), Nurt Bar, Green Bar, Beach Bar, Lagoon Bar
Experience
The hotel works with large global companies from the healthcare and life science sector and the Conference centre has experience in hosting cycle meetings, exhibitions, congresses, workshops and trainings, product launching, board meetings, and evening galas.
Fitness
The hotel provides guests access to two fitness areas, one indoor and one outdoor, available with both free weights and exercise machines.
The hotel has a pool and a spa but is located in a separate and dedicated area.
The hotel is a true conference venue however, the word ‘Spa’ appears in the branding and logo, so additional approvals may be required to sponsor HCP attending meetings here.
The spa facilities are extensive but are located in a separate wing of the hotel away from the conference centre, so should not cause a distraction for meetings held here. Marketing around these facilities is designed to attract the weekend leisure market and will not be included in any proposals where HCPs are attending sponsored meetings.
