General Overview

Scandinavian XPO is a multipurpose venue, with three large exhibition halls alongside a variety of flexible meeting spaces and conference rooms, capable of hosting up to 8,400 guests for events, exhibitions, conferences, congresses, meetings, and gatherings of all kinds.

Location

Located in Arlandastad, 10 minutes from the Stockholm Arlanda airport, easily accessible from the adjacent E4 motorway, junctions 180/181.

For attendees driving, there are 1 000 parking spaces for cars managed externally by Europark AB . For group travel, coaches can park outside the venue

Design

Scandinavian XPO features a modern design. Its exterior is characterized by clean lines, large glass surfaces, and a sense of openness.

The venue is designed to be inviting and functional with a feeling of Nordic light and nature.

Meeting Space

Scandinavian XPO offers a total of 18000 sqm across all spaces.

The spacious entrance located on the ground floor is connected to the three large halls which are adjustable and flexible for all kinds of larger meetings, exhibitions, and events with all kinds of seatings and set up.

Hall 1  has a 4.8 m door clearance and a 10 m ceiling height with fabric-clad walls  and in-built lighting controlled by tablet. Soundproof moveable walls divide hall into three, each approx. 550 sqm. 

Hall 2 is between Halls 1 and 3 and can extend into both for access or integration. With approx. 530 sqm of floor space, and is a relaxed space for people to meet, ideal for networking, catering functions, and breakouts

From the halls you have accessibility to areas for coffe breaks, lunches and dinners, as wells as areas for registration, lounge, cloakroom and restrooms. The entrances can be arranged as separate and exclusive.

On the first floor there are fifteen meeting rooms ranging from 11 sqm to 32 sqm, several of which can easily be divided or run together, along with two larger meeting rooms. Our well-designed conference rooms are adjacent to the main event halls – several meeting rooms overlook the halls – guaranteeing a complete experience for events which have booked the entire arena.

Bedrooms

Scandinavian XPO does not offer accommodation however the building is connected to the Quality Hotel Arlanda XPO with 421 rooms. Within 15 minutes there are 25 different hotels providing 10,000 beds.

Restaurant

Scandinavian XPO has an experienced inhouse catering partner with full catering service, for all levels and needs

This is a multipurpose venue which hosts conferences, exhibitions, concerts and other pay to enter leisure entertainment events. This will be reflected in sales and marketing messaging and in our opinion should not distract bookers looking to use the venue for healthcare meetings and events.
