Location

The hotel is located in Dublin's city center, beside Dublin’s newest Convention Centre, the Dublin Royal. Dublin Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive, with convenient public transport links nearby, including a Luas tram stop within a 3-minute walk and several bus routes connecting to the wider city.

Surrounding the hotel are a mix of cultural attractions, corporate offices, but does not overlook tourist attractions. The hotel does not have its own parking facilities, but multiple public car parks are available within walking distance. Coaches can drop off and use city centre parking areas.

Design

Opened in 2024, The Chancery Hotel Dublin is in a modern building that combines sleek contemporary design with subtle nods to Dublin's rich cultural heritage.

Meeting Spaces

The hotel has one boardroom on the ground floor and can be accessed from the hotel lobby. Ad-boards and training meetings for up to 14 are ideal here especially when associated with any congress taking place at the Dublin Royal.

Bedrooms

The hotel’s 150 rooms span 7 floors, offering a mix of Standard, Executive, and Suite options. All rooms come equipped with a work desk, laptop safe, tea/coffee facilities, and complimentary high-speed WiFi. Suites feature separate living areas and enhanced amenities for added comfort and luxury.

Restaurant and Public Spaces

The Chancery’s signature Fawn Restaurant is the hotel’s ground floor and serves an International style menu in a ‘middle of the road’, bistro atmosphere. It can accommodate up to 65 guests and can be privatised for private events.

There is also all-day dining in the Chancery Bar.

Experience

Although opened in 2024, the hotel already has experience in hosting Advisory boards and meetings associated with healthcare companies attending meetings in the conference centre.

Fitness and Wellness

The Chancery Hotel offers guests access to a 24-hour fitness gym in the basement and the wellness hub providing a steam room and sauna, hot-tub and 1 treatment room which is chargeable.

As a new and modern 4-star hotel, language used to describe the hotel include luxury, sleek and sophisticated. In our opinion, this should not distract bookers from considering this hotel as appropriate to hold meetings and events for HCP’s.

Although located in Dublin’s city centre, the hotel does not overlook any tourist attractions.

Bedrooms on higher floors do overlook Dublin Castle.

Wellness treatments are available but it is advertised as a wellness area, not a spa.
