Experience
Within our first year of opening, we have already welcomed several pharmaceutical events, ranging from half-day meetings to fully residential three-day programs. We ensure full compliance with applicable pharma codes and standards, and we honour global Marriott MSAs to facilitate and respect agreed conditions.
Fitness
The hotel features a fully equipped gym on the 25th floor, including free weights and exercise machines, accessible to guests 24/7.
The pool and spa are located on the 30th and 31st floors, separated from the meeting rooms areas and operate with limited opening hours. The spa is managed by an external provider and offers additional services not included in the hotel’s core offering.
Compliance Hotspot
As a new hotel, marketing language is designed to attract attention and includes terms such as “quirky” and “lifestyle,” reflecting a light-hearted approach to hospitality. External sources may describe the hotel as a “trendy landmark.” However, the property remains a multi-purpose hotel with extensive facilities suited to both business and leisure guests.
While centrally located, the hotel is positioned within the business district and surrounded primarily by commercial buildings.
Guest facilities include a rooftop pool, spa, gym, restaurant, and bar. As most meeting spaces are located on separate and lower floors, these amenities should not pose a distraction during HCP meetings.
Bedrooms on the upper floors offer city views and may be considered upgrades. As only one side of the building offers such views, room allocation for HCPs should be managed carefully.
