General Overview
The four-star Clermont Cumberland Hotel is centrally located in London and offers comprehensive facilities for both business and leisure groups. The hotel features six meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 400 delegates, along with 900 bedrooms for guests.
Location
The hotel sits on the fringe of London’s West End, close to both Hyde Park but its entrance is set back from Oxford Street.
Central Line’s Marble Arch station is a 1-minute walk away and connect the hotel to Heathrow.
By Car/Taxi it typically takes around 45 to 60 minutes to drive to Heathrow, depending on traffic conditions and 50 to 60 minutes by public transport.
Mainline train stations of Paddington and Victoria, are 10 and 15 minute taxi ride away, respectively.
The hotel does not have parking and for groups, coach parking for pick up and drop off is outside.
Design
The Cumberland Hotel presents an external design that merges classic and modern architectural elements, characteristic of early 20th-century architecture. Its symmetrical façade is clad in white stone, featuring large windows that invite abundant natural light into the interior spaces.
Meeting Space
All 16 meeting spaces, and the main Restaurant are located on the lower floor, with the Grand Room able to accommodate 300 in theatre style.
The Studio has capacity for up to 100 guests and is Ideal for smaller meetings and workshops with flexible layout options.
The Boardroom is designed for intimate meetings up to 20, with a U-shape layout ideal for discussions. The Executive Suite is a versatile space for up to 50, suitable for presentations, meetings, or training sessions.
The Gallery works well for breakout sessions or smaller group meetings, offering a more casual setting. The Lounge is suitable for informal meetings for up to 30 or networking events.

Bedrooms
The Cumberland Hotel provides 900 bedrooms distributed across 10 floors, each equipped with essential amenities including a work desk, laptop safe, and tea/coffee making facilities, along with complimentary Wi-Fi.
Deluxe and Executive Rooms offer increased space and superior views of the city or Hyde Park, along with enhanced amenities such as larger workspaces and dedicated lounge areas.
Suites feature separate living areas, upgraded furnishings, and exclusive services, including VIP check-in and access to special lounges.
Additionally, for rooms that include mini-fridges, bathrobes, and Nespresso machines; these amenities can be removed upon request if concidered for HCP allocation.
Restaurant
The Green Room Restaurant is located on the lower Ground Floor and seats 335 seats and serves a blend of international and British cuisine and is also the location for guests breakfasts. The area can be privatised on request but for private dinner meetings, a meeting room is required.
The Sound Café Restaurant is located on the Ground floor and seats 80 and cannot be offered for private use, this would need to include the bar and both area’s booked.
Experience
Due it the hotel’s previous Hard Rock branding, experience in hosting healthcare meetings is limited to internal meetings.
Fitness
The hotel offers guests, access to a fitness gym on the second floor, with free weights and exercise machines.
There is no pool and spa treatments are not offered.
Compliance Hotspot
Music is a recurrent theme in the hotel's sales & marketing so for more risk averse companies, additional approvals may be required before hosting HCP meetings. However, worth noting that the meeting space is set apart from public areas in the lower basement floor.
Additionally, the hotel features in its lobby an Art Experience, providing a distinctive thematic element that enhances the overall guest experience.
