The property includes 23 meeting spaces over three levels, a full-service restaurant, multiple bars, and 593 bedrooms across 19 floors. Business-centric facilities such as high-speed internet, in-room safes, and dedicated work areas are available throughout. The hotel includes a well-equipped fitness centre but does not market itself as a spa or wellness destination.
LOCATION
Frankfurt Marriott Hotel is located in the business district adjacent to Messe Frankfurt and the Congress Center. The venue is 1.2 km from Frankfurt Central Station, which can be reached in 9 minutes by car, 8 minutes by public transport, or 18 minutes on foot. Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage public transport station is just 6 metres away, a 1-minute walk. Frankfurt International Airport is approximately 13.6 km away, requiring 15 minutes by taxi or 20 minutes via public transport. The A648 motorway is located 1.1 km from the venue (5 minutes by car).
The venue is served by Q-Park WestendGate, offering 610 parking spaces. Eight coach bays are available for drop-off purposes.
DESIGN
The Frankfurt Marriott Hotel features a contemporary high-rise architectural style. Internally, the venue offers a professional design with purpose-built meeting floors and guest accommodation. Recent upgrades include state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and modernised public spaces. The design supports healthcare regulations by incorporating private meeting areas and a clear separation between public and event spaces. Access to the meeting spaces is via the main lobby.
MEETING SPACES
The hotel features 23 meeting rooms located across three dedicated floors. The largest space, the Platinum Ballsaal (774 m²), accommodates up to 850 attendees in theatre style and is situated on the 1st floor. Other rooms on the same level include Gold 1, Gold 2, Gold 3, and the Silver Office. All spaces are equipped with air conditioning, most with with natural daylight, and built-in AV equipment such as LED screens and projectors. The 2nd floor houses rooms including Alabaster, Flint, Basalt, and Lava series rooms, while the 5th floor features technology-themed rooms such as Kilobyte, Megabyte, Gigabyte, and a boardroom. These spaces support a range of configurations suitable for healthcare-related gatherings.
BEDROOMS
The venue provides 593 bedrooms across 19 floors, comprising 42 Standard twin rooms, 453 Standard doubles, 5 Executive twins, 70 Executive doubles, and 23 Suites. Categories include Deluxe Guest Room, Skyline View Room, Club Room, and various suite types. Rooms are furnished with business-focused amenities such as high-speed WLAN, a 42-inch LCD TV, air conditioning, empty mini-fridge, safe, and iron with ironing board.
RESTAURANT and PUBLIC SPACES
Brasserie ICI is the main restaurant, serving breakfast daily and group-only lunch and dinner, with a seating capacity of 150. Champions Bar serves dinner for up to 160 guests, and Cross is available for lunch with 35 seats. All restaurants are available for 100% private hire. Public spaces suitable for professional gatherings include Champions Bar, Brasserie ICI, and Cross.
EXPERIENCE
The venue frequently hosts events for corporate healthcare and life science clients, including leadership meetings and product training sessions. It has demonstrated flexibility with industry-specific compliance needs such as meal caps and discrete service offerings. Capacities support both small workshops and large plenary sessions.
FITNESS and LEISURE
The fitness centre is located on the 1st floor in a separate wing from the meeting spaces. It includes a full range of cardiovascular and strength equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowing machines, stair climbers, free weights, and weight machines. A sauna is available upon request. The venue does not advertise itself as a spa or wellness destination and offers no additional leisure facilities.
The Frankfurt Marriott Hotel is officially unrated. The venue does not promote itself using non-compliant terminology such as “luxury”, “boutique”, or “award-winning”. Live or DJ music is available only upon group request, and no tourist-attraction-led marketing is used on its website.
