General Overview
The Hilton Syon Park is a venue with a mix of facilities and services for the leisure and business markets.
Meetings and events are a primary focus to its business offering with 12 meeting rooms capable of holding meetings up to 400 in theatre style?
Location
The hotel is set on the edge of grounds of Syon Park, 7 miles to the west of central London in a residential area. Tourist sites are within easy reach, but the hotel is not located in a touristic area.
Heathrow International Airport is within easy reach and meeting delegates can use public transport to access into local vicinity but delegates who drive can use 200 car parking spaces including 14 EV charging, all shared with the park and complimentary.
There is a coach parking on the premises but require prior approval from Syon House.
Design
The building has a low-rise contemporary aesthetic with a red brick design with clean lines that complements the surrounding park landscape.
The interior is equally modern and contemporary mixed with grand chandeliers or artistic light installations.
Public and meeting spaces offer floor to ceiling windows allowing plenty of natural daylight
And artistic accents, such as sculptures, abstract paintings, or nods to the estate's history, are placed throughout.
Meeting Space
The meeting and event spaces at Hilton London Syon Park are designed to provide privacy and functionality, featuring a dedicated private entrance that is ideal for corporate events and conferences.
The versatile ballroom accommodates up to 400 delegates, with six breakout rooms conveniently located directly opposite, all within a self-contained conference area on a single floor.
For smaller or more discreet gatherings, the hotel also offers additional meeting rooms in a secluded section of the property, ensuring tranquility and exclusivity. All meeting spaces are enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of Syon Park, creating a bright and inspiring atmosphere.
The hotel is also frequently booked for exclusive-use conferences, comfortably accommodating 130-150 delegates with overnight stays, making it a premier choice for impactful corporate events.
Bedrooms
The hotel has 137 bedrooms across the ground, first and second floors.
Standard rooms include business amenities such as a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary wi-fi, laptop safe, mini fridge, iron and ironing board.
Restaurant
Mood in The Park Restaurant on Ground Floor, seats 120 to 140 guests, and is the hotel’s main restaurant and serves Modern British cuisine with vegan and vegetarian options.
It can be used for 100% private dinner meetings if most of the bedrooms are contracted.
The Mood Cocktail Bar can sit 80 people and Mood Cocktail Bar Terrace can take and do pre dinner drinks on the terrace and barbeque dinners for 150 people.
The hotel partners with ClimeCo to purchase credits at no cost to clients to offset their meeting’s carbon footprint.
Experience
Hilton has a signed MSA agreements with multiple clients in the Pharmaceutical Industry and has hosted various meeting types, both internal and external.
As such they work closely with life science companies in the area and hospital clusters.
Fitness
Gym open 24 hours on site complimentary to guests and has free weight and fitness machines.
The hotel has an Indoor pool and spa, and treatments available. Spa is operated by the hotel.
Whilst extensive, the hotel’s Spa Facilities in the main building are located away and separated from the ground floor Conference area. Entry is chargeable so guests only have free access to the fitness gym.
Being located within Syon Park, it no doubt brings visitors to the area but in our opinion, should not deter bookers from considering this an appropriate venue for HCP Meetings.
