It is accessible by train, bus, and walking, promoting sustainable travel options. There is no car park or coach parking available. The hotel is not located near an airport and does not offer shuttle services.
Design
External Design: The hotel occupies a historic traditional building, originally opened in 1854, showcasing Victorian architectural charm. The exterior highlights a combination of brick and glass, reflecting the era of the 1930s.
Internal Design: The internal design integrates both historic and modern elements. The GWR Tower rooms (59 rooms) offer a contemporary style, while the remaining 364 rooms in the traditional section reflect classic design. Public areas and meeting spaces maintain a balance between heritage features and modern functionality.
Meeting Spaces Hilton Paddington offers a variety of meeting spaces across two floors:
The Ballroom, the largest meeting space, is located on the 1st floor and is connected to GW2, benefiting from natural daylight.
The 1st floor also houses 8 smaller meeting rooms and an atrium, which serves as a breakout area.
An additional 7 meeting rooms are situated on the ground floor, all with natural daylight.
There is no separate or private entrance for meeting spaces.
The hotel is experienced in hosting pharmaceutical meetings, offering an exclusive atmosphere on the ground floor with flexible configurations.
Certain areas can be privatised or made exclusive for specific events.

Bedrooms The hotel has a total of 423 rooms distributed across 5 floors, starting from the 2nd floor upwards. Room categories include:
59 GWR Tower rooms with contemporary design
364 traditional-style rooms Standard rooms feature business amenities such as work desks, laptop-sized safes, tea/coffee-making facilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Mini-fridges, bathrobes, and Nespresso machines can be removed upon request to comply with specific guest requirements.
Restaurant and Public Spaces
Main Restaurant: Carriages, located on the ground floor, serves cuisine combining English ingredients with an Asian influence. It has a seating capacity of 120 and can only offer semi-private dining; full privatization is not possible.
Additional Catering Areas: The 146 Cocktail Bar provides finger bowl food and can be privately hired for events accommodating 70 to 180 guests. Semi-private hire requires a minimum of 50 guests.

Hilton Paddington has extensive experience hosting healthcare-related events, specifically for pharmaceutical companies. The Hilton Paddington holds a 4-star rating and while the hotel blends historic charm with modern amenities, it does not market itself using terms that may be considered "uncompliant", such as luxury, spectacular, award-winning, high-end, boutique, spa, or resort. The focus remains on business functionality and event hosting.
