General Overview
Zoku Amsterdam is a unique 4-star hybrid hospitality concept, serving as a versatile meeting and event venue, with flexible, multifunctional spaces, including Loft micro-apartments (which can also be used as break-out rooms or private offices), co-working areas, a full-service restaurant, and dedicated event spaces, all under one roof.
Zoku is the first B Corp certified hospitality company in the Netherlands and is active in the local sustainability community. For further details click HERE
Location
Overlooking one of the city’s many canals, and a main road, Zoku Amsterdam is located in a residential area, in the eastern part of Amsterdam's city center. It is convenient access to Weesperplein metro station, with Centraal Station 8 minutes away and Schiphol reachable in 30 minutes, both by public transport. For delegates staying whilst attending a congress, The RAI Congress Centre is 22 minutes away.
For delegates driving, there are 23 spaces managed by a third-party company called MyWay. And for group travel, coaches can temporarily pick-up/drop-off guests but cannot park by the building.
Design
The exterior design of Zoku Amsterdam is modern and minimalist, with clean lines and a functional aesthetic. The building itself has a contemporary, understated façade that blends seamlessly into the urban environment. Large windows offer a sense of openness, allowing natural light to flood the interior spaces while providing a glimpse of the activity inside
The interior of Zoku Amsterdam is designed to be warm, welcoming, and highly functional, with a modern, Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic. There are open and multifunctional spaces, Co-working and Social Areas with a lot of greenery in a sleek and modern design.
Meeting Space
All 9 of Zoku’s Social Spaces and meeting rooms are located on the rooftop of the building (6th floor)
The most hosted events at Zoku are workshops, networking events, small (<175 pax) conferences, multi-day offsites and strategy sessions.

Bedrooms
There are 130 ‘Loft’ style bedrooms that span across floors 1-5 and include a large 4-person worktable, comfortable chairs with sturdy backs, safe to store a laptop, tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, smart TV that can be used to screenshare presentations, paper scroll for note taking, a toolbox with office supplies, and a bed that can be screened off and hidden out of the way.
There is a fridge in all rooms, but it is empty and contains no items for sale. Coffee and tea machines can be removed upon request.
Restaurant
The Living Kitchen is a 40 seat, full-service restaurant located on the rooftop, offering Mediterranean style cuisine and caters to both hotel guests and outside visitors.
The restaurant is not only a dining space but also a versatile venue for meetings, and networking events.
There are also 2 Think Bigger Rooms (50 PAX each) and Event Space Combined (100 PAX) that can offer private dinner spaces.
Experience
The hotel has experience in hosting smaller workshops and strategy meetings.
Fitness
There is no fitness gym on-site, but there is a partnership with the Trainmore gym located nextdoor.
There is no spa however, treatments are offered, managed by an external vendor on the ground floor.
With its blend of business and leisure services—like the co-working spaces, meeting rooms, restaurant, and networking events—Zoku provides a highly functional yet relaxed environment for business travelers and professionals.
Should HCP meetings involve overnight accommodation on Fridays, bookers need to be aware that live music is provided on Friday evenings.
