Location
The venue is located in Wembley Park, a redeveloped residential and commercial area adjacent to Wembley Stadium and OVO Arena. It benefits from strong public transport links, including Underground access, connecting guests efficiently to major London train stations. Delegates can also arrive via coach or private vehicle. The hotel has 200 car parking spaces (externally managed) and permits coach pick-up and drop-off at the entrance. Long-term coach parking is available approximately five minutes away at the Pink Car Park.
Design
Externally, Hilton London Wembley features a modern contemporary design dominated by glass façades. Internally, the hotel maintains a consistent modern style throughout public areas, guest rooms, and meeting spaces. A private, dedicated meeting and events entrance is located within the hotel structure, enhancing privacy and discreet access for corporate and healthcare delegates.
Meeting Spaces
Meeting spaces are distributed across the 3rd and 4th floors within this nine-storey hotel. The main meeting area is on the 3rd floor, alongside a bar and restaurant. The 4th floor houses 11 additional meeting and breakout rooms and 33 guest rooms. In total, the venue offers 14 meeting rooms covering approximately 1,000 sqm. Events for up to 500 guests with full production can be accommodated, though the optimal capacity for conference formats is around 400 guests. Full buyout is possible, including 361 bedrooms and all meeting facilities. The venue is experienced in handling confidential and private meetings and offers 360-degree virtual tours via YouTube.

Bedrooms
The hotel offers 361 bedrooms across five floors (4th to 8th), including Standard, Deluxe, Executive, Suites, Family, and Accessible rooms. Standard rooms include a laptop safe, complimentary Wi-Fi, tea/coffee facilities, work desk with ergonomic chair, 37-inch HDTV, blackout curtains, and scald-proof showers. Mini-fridges are available and can be locked, while bathrobes are limited to Executive rooms and above but can be removed on request to meet compliance needs.
Restaurant and Public Spaces
The primary dining venue is the Association Restaurant on the 3rd floor, serving international cuisine with a seating capacity of 270. When combined with Icons Bar, total capacity can reach 350. Both venues can be fully privatised, and Association Restaurant is dedicated to serving meeting groups during lunch. Additional event-capable spaces include Icons Bar (up to 180 guests), Sky Bar (9th floor, up to 150 guests), and the Grand Ballroom Foyer (up to 450 guests for receptions).
Experience
The hotel has hosted various healthcare-related events, including investigator meetings, advisory boards, annual shareholder meetings, and training sessions. While no individual MSAs are maintained at the hotel level, Hilton-wide MSAs are in place. The venue collaborates with local hospitals and healthcare organisations as part of its event portfolio.
Fitness
A fitness centre is located on the 2nd floor, equipped with free weights and exercise machines. Adjacent to this facility is an on-site swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, all managed by the hotel. No spa or treatment services are provided. The fitness amenities are located one floor below the main meeting space and are easily accessible without interfering with professional zones.
Hilton London Wembley holds an official 4-star rating. The hotel does not use marketing language that poses compliance risks and avoids references to luxury or award-winning status. Although situated close to well-known entertainment venues, the property maintains a professional tone in its promotional content and is positioned to support compliant healthcare events.
