The brand-new Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre (RACC) opened in September 2020 and consists of 35 break-out rooms that can be divided multifunctionally. The meeting rooms are available in a range of sizes that accommodate up to 2,300 guests.

Based in the port city Rotterdam, Rotterdam Ahoy overlooks a suburban, residential area just off the motorway. From the Rotterdam Centraal railway station, you can reach the RACC by metro which takes 12 minutes.

The Zuidplein metro and bus stop is 5 minutes walking distance away and connects The Hague Airport, a regional airport, situated at approximately six miles from the city centre and serves 50 European destinations.

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol can be reached in 26 minutes by direct Intercity train service from Rotterdam Centraal railway station. For those driving, there are parking spaces for 2000 cars.

The RACC is a state-of-the-art Convention Centre venue with a prominent glass main entrance.

The meeting rooms, congress halls and exhibition space are provided empty without any distinctive design to allow clients to create their own styling.

Internally, Rotterdam Ahoy can manage a wide variety of functions and catering and works with a list of preferred suppliers specializing in audiovisual, exhibition stand builds and signage.

The Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre (RACC) is directly connected to Rotterdam Ahoy’s Exhibition and Event halls and the 35 break-out rooms that can be divided multifunctionally.

The international convention centre offers the largest auditorium in the Netherlands:  RTM Stage! It offers 1,750 to 4,000 seats in a plenary arrangement. The RTM Stage includes two balconies and retractable seating: flexible spatial solutions that will support a wide range of events. Moreover, the convention centre has multifunctional foyers and exhibition spaces.

The Convention Centre consists of 4 floors with break out rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors and vary in capacity from 50 to 1,000 persons. The Expo Foyer (2,500 m2) is also located on the 3rd floor.

The Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre, the Ahoy Arena and 30,000 m2 of Exhibition and Event Halls (Halls 1 – 6) and can be used for conferences for over 16,500 visitors.

With more than 150 LS&HC companies, plus the Erasmus MC, Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship (ECE), Rotterdam is well known as a centre for global Life Sciences & Health meetings and events.

Rotterdam Ahoy will be able to offer a wide range of meetings such as medical conferences and will host the World Meeting on Pharmaceutics, Biopharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technologies in 2022.

This is a multipurpose venue and is connected to the Ahoy Arena where arena events, conferences, exhibitions, concerts, and other pay-to-enter leisure entertainment events. This will be reflected in sales and marketing messaging and should not distract bookers looking to use the venue for healthcare meetings and events.
