General Overview:

The Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport, is an unrated 255-bedroom hotel and convention center located within The Circle, a mixed-use development with direct walking access to the Zurich Airport terminals.

Location:

Both the hotel and convention center, is connected via an inside walking bridge. Excellent transport links, in addition to international direct flights, include intercity trains, regional commuter rail service, bus and tram networks,car parks, and direct motorway access.

Design:

The Circle Convention Centre’s design can be described as modern and contemporary with minimal décor and clean aesthetics to present little distraction without sacrificing functionality. The adjacent Park is a key feature of The Circle, allowing delegates to rest and enjoy nature across 80000 square meters of greenery.

Bedrooms:

The bedrooms feature a modern and timeless design with crisp colour schemes and tailored to the needs of the everyday business traveller, featuring a work desk, safe and coffee-making facilities.

Restaurant:

Restaurant Babel at Hyatt Regency offers middle eastern-inspired cuisine with seating for up to 149 guests. Bar Iris features a modern and bold Swiss-design located in the heart of The Circle. The hotel also provides grab & go dining options. For private HCP dinner meetings, space within the convention center is recommended.

Meeting Space:

The Circle Convention Center offers 2800 square meters of function space with the main convention hall accommodation of up to 1500 delegates. For medium size events the convention hall, which features a ceiling height of 14 meters, can conveniently be divided into 3 separate units. 17 additional meeting rooms accommodating 20-140 guests, theatre style complement the meeting space offer. Delegates can enter the meeting space via a dedicated entrance for the convention centre only, or conveniently via the hotel lobby after arrival. Individual meeting floors can be privatized if booked exclusively.

All meeting rooms feature natural daylight, soundproof windows, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Bright and open Foyer Levels across all three floors allow delegates to connect between sessions.

Experience:

As a new venue, there are no existing records of past events, however, location and meeting space allow The Circle Convention Center to welcome international, national, and regional healthcare meetings of various sizes and scope.

A neighboring tenant at The Circle will be the University Hospital Zurich and two global and well-known pharmaceutical companies will open offices at The Circle. ETH Zurich, a leader in life science research, is located only a short 15min drive away in Zurich City. The Life Science Cluster in Zug can easily and quickly be reached by train or car within 30-45 minutes.

Fitness:

The Hyatt Regency features a fitness center with a sauna and club lounge but does not have a pool or spa.

The Hyatt Hotel is part of The Circle that offers a variety of dining, shopping, and other leisure facilities. Zurich City Centre and Lake Zurich and other tourist attractions are 10-15min away by train/car, but this hotel should be considered as an airport convention hotel.
