The lobby and lounges offer a professional yet inviting atmosphere, and the meeting rooms are designed with flexibility and discretion in mind. The venue offers a separate lateral entrance for meeting spaces, supporting parallel event hosting with minimal cross-traffic—contributing positively to compliance requirements.

 

Meeting Spaces

UNA Hotels Expo Fiera Milano offers 17 meeting rooms across two primary meeting floors, with additional meeting rooms integrated into a mixed-use floor shared with guest accommodations. The spaces include seven large or medium-sized meeting rooms and ten smaller breakout rooms, all with natural daylight. The largest space, Sala Europa, measures 1,117 sqm and is suitable for theatre-style layouts. Some smaller meeting rooms are located on the sixth floor. A separate lateral entrance facilitates attendee flow and privacy. AV equipment is integrated, and configurations are adaptable for various corporate needs.

 

Bedrooms

There are 527 rooms across six floors (1st to 6th), categorised into 425 standard rooms (including 300 that can be twinned), 20 executive rooms, 42 junior suites, and 40 suites. All standard rooms are equipped with business-appropriate amenities including a work desk, complimentary Wi-Fi, laptop-sized safe, empty minibar, and small balcony. The venue does not offer views of tourist attractions; most rooms face either the business district or public park.

 

Restaurant and Public Spaces

The primary restaurant, Keplero, is located on the ground floor and primarily serves breakfast. For lunch and dinner services, the hotel uses adaptable meeting spaces. Keplero seats 240 guests but is not suitable for presentations and cannot be fully privatised. For small groups, the Magellano restaurant offers seating for up to 50 guests, while larger functions are served in designated meeting rooms. The hotel has won the Italian Mission Award for Best Italian Hotel for Meetings in 2025. Public spaces include lounges and professional gathering areas, all available for private hire as required.

A gym is located on the basement level (-1), separated from meeting areas. It includes cardio machines and free weights. The hotel does not include a pool or spa and does not promote itself as a wellness destination. Additional leisure facilities include green outdoor areas that can be adapted for casual F&B events or relaxation.

Compliance Hotspot

The hotel holds a 4-star official classification. While it promotes its award-winning meeting spaces—having received the 2025 Italian Mission Award—there are references on its website and marketing materials to accolades and recognition which may need monitoring.

Language relating to “award-winning” is used, but the venue avoids terms such as “luxury”, “resort”, or “entertainment-focused”, maintaining a professional image suitable for compliance-sensitive event planning.
