Connect Conference Centre is a dedicated conference facility located within Expo City Dubai. Designed primarily for business events, the venue offers an array of modern meeting spaces suitable for corporate and healthcare-related meetings. As a pure conference centre with no integrated hotel services, the venue focuses entirely on delivering a professional environment tailored to the needs of event organisers and delegates.

Location

Connect Conference Centre is located within Expo City Dubai, a prominent commercial hub combining offices, residential spaces, and business venues. It lies close to Dubai Exhibition Centre, with surrounding amenities focused on supporting the needs of business travellers and event participants. The venue is situated 800 metres from the nearest metro station, which takes approximately 12 minutes to walk to. Dubai International Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by taxi, depending on traffic. The venue offers parking adjacent to the building with 85 spaces, supported by additional parking facilities in the immediate area. Coach parking is provided free of charge at the Opportunity Pavilion.

Design

The exterior of Connect Conference Centre features a rustic modern aesthetic with tiled finishes, aligning with the contemporary style of Expo City Dubai. Internally, the design is modern contemporary, providing a clean and professional setting. The layout of the venue on a single level (with the exception of The Forum) supports easy navigation and ensures that delegates can access meeting spaces discreetly and efficiently, thereby enhancing privacy and compliance suitability.

Meeting Spaces

Connect Conference Centre offers nine meeting rooms primarily on one level, with The Forum located on the lower ground floor. The largest space, The Auditorium (436 sqm), accommodates up to 520 delegates in theatre style and is equipped with an LED screen for high-quality front projection. The Plaza, C1, C2, The Hideaway Café, The Hall, three reception areas, The Meeting Room, and The VIP Lounge are also available and can be configured flexibly for different meeting formats including theatre style, full rounds, and cabaret. All spaces can be fully privatised, ensuring compliance with privacy requirements for healthcare meetings. The Auditorium shares its floor with the majority of the other spaces, facilitating efficient delegate movement.

Restaurant and Public Spaces

Not applicable. The venue does not have a primary restaurant or public dining spaces. Private catering can be arranged within the meeting rooms to ensure confidentiality.

Experience

Connect Conference Centre has hosted and will host corporate healthcare meetings from recognised Global Healthcare and Lifescience Companies.  The venue supports corporate event formats and is familiar with the compliance requirements of the healthcare meeting sector. Although no formal MSA agreements are in place and , it provides an appropriate environment for compliance healthcare-related events.
