It is positioned between two S-Bahn stations offering direct links to the airport and central areas, with a tram stop located immediately in front of the hotel providing easy public transport access. The venue has an underground parking garage with 150 spaces, including 15 electric vehicle charging stations. Coach parking for one large vehicle is available directly in front of the lobby, with additional drop-off space along the main road.
Design
Externally, the hotel exhibits a clean modern-contemporary design utilising simple materials and avoiding ornamental detailing. Internally, the style remains modern, incorporating wooden finishes and subtle references to Munich’s Bavarian heritage. The venue supports privacy and compliance with discreetly located meeting areas, including a dedicated Conference Centre entrance for large-scale events, thereby ensuring controlled access.
Meeting Spaces
The venue offers 20 meeting spaces across two levels. The Banqueting area includes the main Ballroom (900 sqm, 616 pax in theatre style) and Conference Rooms 1 to 5, all located on the same floor. The first floor contains Studios 1 to 7, with Studio 7 having the highest capacity at 16 pax. The ballroom supports front projection, and all rooms are equipped to host corporate functions including product launches, training seminars, and summits. The venue is optimised for events with 300–500 participants and provides flexible configurations and breakout options. Select areas such as the Studios and rooftop can be privatised.
Bedrooms
The hotel has 398 rooms distributed across six guest floors (2nd to 7th). Room categories include Deluxe (Standard), Superior (Executive), and suites, with upgraded options and suites primarily on the 7th floor. Standard amenities include work desks, complimentary Wi-Fi, USB-C charging ports, safes, tea/coffee machines, and empty mini-fridges. Bathrobes are removable on request, supporting compliance considerations. The 7th floor also features the exclusive M Club.
Restaurant and Public Spaces
The ground-floor restaurant “Assoluto” serves Italian cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, seating up to 180 guests. It can be fully privatised. The Westhub Bar/Lounge provides an alternative private event space for up to 150 guests and includes a built-in presentation screen. A rooftop terrace accommodating up to 300 people is also available for exclusive functions. No awards are currently associated with the restaurant or public spaces.
Experience
The hotel has hosted various healthcare-related meetings including product launches, corporate trainings, and business summits. While it does not engage with formal healthcare marketplaces or hold MSA agreements with healthcare agencies, it has a track record of delivering compliant, business-focused events for companies in the life sciences sector.
Fitness
The hotel features a modern gym equipped with both resistance machines and free weights. The fitness centre is available to guests and is not marketed as a spa or wellness facility. No spa treatments or additional leisure offerings such as pools or entertainment spaces are provided.
The venue is not officially star-rated but is classified under the Marriott brand as a Premium property. The hotel does not advertise itself using terms such as "luxury", "award-winning", or "boutique", nor does it host live music or entertainment events.
Quiet background music is played in select areas such as the restaurant and bar, maintaining a compliant tone. The property does not promote tourist-related attractions as part of its marketing strategy.
