Krusenberg Herrgård is a hotel where meetings and events represent a significant portion of its business. The venue is particularly suited for conferences and corporate gatherings, offering the option for complete buyouts, which is of particular interest to pharmaceutical clients seeking exclusivity.
Krusenberg Herrgård is located outside the city centre in a natural setting It is approximately a 20-minute drive from Arlanda International Airport. Delegates can access the venue via public transport (bus), private car, or coach.
The venue offers over 50 free on-site parking spaces, managed by the hotel, and provides parking for coaches in two designated lots or adjacent to the manor. There are no nearby tourist attractions that might be considered as distractions for corporate events.
Externally, Krusenberg Herrgård features a traditional manor style, with the main building constructed in wood and additional structures in concrete with glass elements. The architectural style is historic with a modern approach to functionality and quality. Internally, the hotel maintains a traditional and historic aesthetic with modern enhancements, using hand-selected furnishings to ensure a professional and high-standard environment. Public areas and meeting spaces offer discrete access and can be fully privatised, supporting compliance with healthcare event standards.
The venue offers a total of 11 meeting rooms across three floors. Meeting spaces are divided between the main manor and a separate building. The largest room is 97 sqm and can host up to 90 delegates in theatre style, with two additional rooms on the same floor (75 sqm and 30 sqm). The manor itself houses additional meeting spaces, including a room accommodating up to 70 delegates on one floor, and another floor offering space for 40 people plus five smaller rooms. All meeting rooms are equipped with modern audiovisual technology, natural daylight, and high-quality furnishings. The venue supports flexible configurations and the option for full venue buyouts.
Krusenberg Herrgård provides 59 bedrooms across two floors. Room categories include Classic Loft, Classic, Deluxe, and Mansion Deluxe (Suites). Standard room amenities suitable for business travellers and healthcare professionals include a work desk, armchair, safe, complimentary Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, and bathrobe and slippers. Mini-fridges, bathrobes, and Nespresso machines can be removed upon request. Rooms do not feature views of city landmarks or tourist attractions, in keeping with a focus on a private and distraction-free environment.
The hotel’s primary restaurant, located on the ground floor of the manor, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with an international and Swedish menu, presented through seated plated service. The restaurant seats 90 guests, with capacity to increase as required, and can be 100% privatised for private corporate dining or healthcare meetings. The manor also offers a full floor of lounges, salons, and a bar, all available for professional gatherings and private hire. The hotel holds a Swan Ecolabel certification but is not realted to fine dining and has not advertised any award-winning status for its restaurant or public spaces.
Krusenberg Herrgård has has successfully hosted a variety of corporate healthcare and life science events and maintains signed MSA agreements with key healthcare agencies. It actively collaborates with local science parks, hospital clusters, universities, and life science companies.
The hotel offers a gym equipped with both free weights and exercise machines.
There are two wood-fired saunas and treatment rooms for body and face treatments, which are hotel-managed and can be closed off during full venue buyouts to ensure privacy. These facilities are housed in a separate building from the main meeting spaces, ensuring minimal disruption to corporate events.
Krusenberg Herrgård is officially unrated and does not use language that may be considered compliance risks and the tone and positioning of the venue align well with healthcare compliance standards.
The venue does not currently market itself as a spa or wellness destination, though spa treatments are available.
