Rooms offer views either over the sea and market square or the Oulujoki river delta, providing a professional and suitable environment for business guests.

The primary restaurant, Restaurant Toivo, located on the first floor, serves breakfast and is available for lunch or dinner by reservation, with a flexible menu style tailored to client preferences and budgets. Additional spaces include Bistro Mesu with a 100-seat capacity (not fully privatisable) and the Meetings & Events Restaurant Toivo and other meeting rooms, which can be fully privatised.
