Design

The hotel was originally constructed in 1908 and follows an art deco architectural style. Its façade features period detailing consistent with early 20th-century design. Internally, the venue embraces art deco styling throughout, maintaining continuity with the building's heritage. A comprehensive top-to-bottom refurbishment was completed in February 2025. Public areas and meeting spaces have been upgraded with modern facilities while preserving aesthetic continuity. Privacy and compliance are supported through private, self-contained meeting spaces and discreet circulation routes.

Meeting Spaces

The venue offers 450 sqm of event space across two floors, comprising three main suites: Keynes, Woolf, and The Club Suite. The Keynes Suite, on the ground floor, accommodates up to 274 delegates in theatre-style and is the venue’s largest space. Directly below it is the Woolf Suite, providing a naturally exclusive setup when booked alongside Keynes. The Club Suite, located on the lower ground floor and separate from the others, can be divided into three smaller rooms and includes its own catering and registration area. All rooms offer flexibility in layout, with AV equipment and breakout capabilities.

Bedrooms

There are 100 bedrooms across six floors (1st to 6th), categorised as Standard (Club Double, Club Twin, Club Accessible) and Executive (Luxe Double, Luxe Twin, Large Luxe). No suites are available. Each room is equipped for business travellers with a work desk, high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, tea/coffee facilities, and a Nespresso machine. Ironing boards and eco-conscious toiletries are also provided. Rooms do not include minibars or bathrobes, and Nespresso machines can be removed upon request.

Restaurant and Public Spaces

Adeline, the main restaurant on the ground floor, serves Eastern Mediterranean cuisine and can seat 60 guests. It is available for exclusive hire for lunch or dinner but is not suitable for private presentations. For such needs, a private meeting room is recommended. The Adeline Bar also offers private hire capabilities and can host up to 120 guests for a reception or 60 for seated dining. No other public dining venues or award-winning features are advertised.
