The largest room accommodates 400 delegates in theatre style, supported by up to 10 breakout rooms on the same floor, ranging in capacity from 30 to 200 delegates. This allows for flexible configurations to suit conferences, training sessions, and board meetings. The venue does not have a separate private entrance but maintains professional access through its main entry points.

The venue does not provide bedrooms or guest accommodation but being in central London, there are numerous 4 star business hotels within a 10 minute walk.

The main dining outlets are the Speakers Bar and Restaurant on the 4th floor and Knights Lounge on the 3rd floor, serving seasonal, locally sourced British and international cuisine, with over 200 seats available. While typically used for receptions and buffet dinners, larger private banquets are accommodated in the County Suite or Waterloo Suite, seating up to 240, or hosting receptions for up to 600. During the day, meals are provided buffet-style, while evenings may include buffet, reception, or banquet formats. Additional spaces, including two restaurants, a bar, and a lounge with river views, are available for professional gatherings and may be booked for private events.
