It is well connected to the city via tram, train, and bus routes, offering sustainable transport options for attendees. The hotel operates a weekday airport shuttle service, complimentary from the airport to the property and €10 for the return journey. On-site parking includes 82 managed spaces and designated coach access directly in front of the entrance for group arrivals and departures.

 

Design

The hotel’s architecture is contemporary, featuring concrete and brick construction that conveys a clean and professional exterior appearance. Internally, the design continues this modern theme, with open, well-lit public spaces and meeting areas arranged for ease of flow and discretion. The hotel’s unified layout—with all meeting and accommodation facilities within one building—supports compliance needs by allowing controlled access and privacy.

 

Meeting Spaces

Courtyard by Marriott Brussels offers 11 meeting rooms distributed across two floors. The principal meeting level comprises nine rooms and a dedicated foyer area suitable for networking and receptions. The Athens Ballroom, the largest room, holds 250 delegates in theatre style and is accompanied on the same level by the Antwerp Room (100 theatre), Sydney, Barcelona, Atlanta, and Seoul Rooms (each 50 theatre), and Amsterdam and Stockholm Rooms (10 boardroom). The spaces are flexible and can be configured for training, seminars, or corporate events. The entire first floor can be made exclusive for confidential meetings, providing a private environment for compliant healthcare or corporate functions.

 

Bedrooms

The hotel provides 191 bedrooms located between the first and seventh floors. Room categories are divided into Deluxe (Standard), Superior (Executive), and Suites. All rooms include essential business amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, work desks, safes, and coffee/tea-making facilities. Family room configurations consist of one Deluxe Double and one Deluxe Twin. The property offers the option to remove mini-fridges, bathrobes, and Nespresso machines if required for compliance reasons.

 

Restaurant and Public Spaces

K&B Restaurant, situated on the ground floor, serves Belgian and international cuisine. The restaurant accommodates 100 guests and includes a private area—Backyard—with capacity for 80 seated or 100 standing, available for full privatisation for dinner meetings or small group functions. For larger or presentation-based events, the meeting rooms are recommended for privacy compliance. The Foyer on the first floor can host standing receptions for up to 100 guests, while the Sport’s Corner section of the bar provides a casual yet contained space suitable for informal networking or private hire. No entertainment or live music is offered, ensuring the venue maintains a professional and compliant atmosphere.

Courtyard by Marriott Brussels regularly hosts corporate and healthcare-related meetings, such as dinner presentations, seminars, advisory board sessions, and training events. Its affiliation with Marriott ensures adherence to formal compliance and contracting processes, including preferred MSAs with major healthcare agencies. The venue’s configuration and operating standards support discretion, confidentiality, and operational efficiency for regulated meeting types.

 

Fitness

The fitness facilities are located two floors beneath the main meeting area and include a gym with both free weights and exercise machines, as well as a sauna. The venue does not advertise itself as a wellness or spa destination and does not offer spa treatments. A small convenience shop, The Market, is also situated on site for guest essentials.
