The venue is a business-focused hotel supported by a 10,000 sq m convention centre. Meetings and events form the core of its commercial activity, representing the majority of weekday business and a significant proportion of weekend operations. Although primarily positioned for corporate and conference use, the property also accommodates leisure guests through facilities such as its rooftop swimming pool and Skybar.
The venue is located in Saint-Denis in northern Paris within a corporate district that includes several headquarters. It is well connected via metro lines 13 and 14, offering travel times of approximately 15 minutes to central Paris and Gare du Nord and Gare de L'est. Delegates typically arrive by metro or train, supporting sustainable travel options. The hotel offers 250 on-site parking spaces under its management, with coach drop-off and pick-up directly in front of the hotel entrance. The property does not operate airport shuttles and is not an airport hotel.
The surrounding environment consists of commercial buildings and the city skyline rather than tourist landmarks.
Externally, the venue occupies the refurbished Tour Pleyel tower, complemented by a newly constructed, modern convention centre behind it, characterised by white exterior panels and extensive glass surfaces.
Internally, the design is modern and contemporary, with vibrant décor, high ceilings, and significant natural daylight in public and meeting areas on the first floor. The layout provides direct yet discrete access to the separate convention centre building, supporting a distraction-free attendee movement.
The convention centre comprises 16 meeting rooms across two floors. The ground floor contains the welcome lobby, coffee break area, the convention centre restaurant, and the two largest rooms: Maestro (1,144 sq m, 1,150 theatre style) and Concerto (254 pax), both without natural daylight. The first floor includes the sub-plenary rooms Pleyel 12–15 (539 sq m combined) and additional syndicate rooms, all benefiting from natural daylight. This floor also houses a dedicated meal and break area. Both floors can be privatised independently or as a full-centre takeover. AV equipment is available throughout. Meeting formats suited to the venue include conventions, congresses, symposiums, awards ceremonies, product launches, and gala dinners.
The hotel offers 697 bedrooms across floors 11 to 37, with 33 guest floors in total. Room types include Standard, Deluxe (Executive), and Suite categories. Standard and Deluxe rooms differ in corridor positioning, increased space, and views; certain Deluxe rooms and all Suites face in the direction of the Eiffel Tower or Montmartre. Suites are located from the 26th to the 36th floor. All rooms include work desks, safes, complimentary Wi-Fi, ironing facilities, and empty mini-fridges that cannot be removed. The design follows the hotel’s modern contemporary style, with recent refurbishments ensuring consistency across all categories.
Le Chopin, located on floors 2–3, serves breakfast with approximately 300 seats and can be fully privatised after breakfast service. Le Pleyel, located on the ground floor, serves French brasserie cuisine with around 250 seats but cannot be fully privatised; private dining should therefore be accommodated in a meeting room. The Skybar on level 40 is fully privatisable for up to 120 standing guests but likely to be suitable for internal programmes. The Executive Lounge on level 26 accommodates up to 20 seated guests and offers banquet-style menus on request, suitable for small private events.
The hotel has extensive experience hosting corporate and healthcare-related meetings, including symposiums and large-scale conventions. Typical capacities range from small meetings to events exceeding 450 attendees, particularly when the convention centre is privatised. The venue maintains MSAs with major healthcare agencies and is familiar with working under sector compliance requirements. The property’s layout, meeting flow, and ability to host separate groups simultaneously support compliance-focused meeting formats.
A 24/7 fitness centre equipped with free weights and exercise machines is available to guests. The swimming pool is located on the 40th floor. These facilities are situated in a different building from the convention centre, ensuring clear separation between leisure and business areas. The hotel does not offer spa facilities, spa treatments, or position itself as a spa or wellness destination. No additional leisure facilities are promoted.
With 'Resort' in the title, bookers should not consider this along similar lines to a beach resort, the intention is to give the impression that its facilities cater to a variety of travller, both business and leisure. and is officially rated as 4 stars.
It does after-work events with live music at the 40th floor, Skybar on Thursdays, which are open to groups and individual guests but would not be included in any proposals that include HCP.s
The hotel does not advertise itself using luxury-driven terminology and does not promote itself as a tourist destination or link attendance to local attractions. Based on the information provided, no language indicating luxury, high-end positioning, spa focus, or entertainment-led branding appears on the supplied materials.
