On-site parking consists of 140 paid spaces managed by the hotel. Coach access is available for drop-off and pick-up at the entrance; long-stay parking is available 1.3 km away with complimentary bicycles for drivers.
Externally, the hotel features contemporary architecture dominated by concrete and glass, typical of modern business-class airport properties. All 11 meeting rooms are located on one dedicated floor. The largest room accommodates 100 delegates in theatre style and is configured by combining Meeting Room 1 and Meeting Room 2. AV equipment is available across rooms, and some areas can be made exclusive depending on programme needs. The venue comprises 222 bedrooms located across floors 1 through 6. Room categories include Standard, Executive (Superior/Deluxe), and Suites. Standard Rooms feature a work desk, laptop-sized safe, tea/coffee-making facilities, flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Upgraded rooms include Espresso machines and bathrobes, which can be removed upon request. Mini-fridges are not present in Standard Rooms, and minibars (emptied) only feature in Junior Suites. The bedroom décor aligns with the modern, contemporary style of the wider hotel. No rooms are promoted as having notable tourist or panoramic views.
The main restaurant, The Dam, located on the ground floor, provides international cuisine across breakfast, lunch, and dinner and has a capacity of 120 seats. It is available for full privatisation for confidential dinner meetings. The Damrak Lounge serves light snacks and beverages and is suitable for informal gatherings, though it cannot be made fully private; for confidentiality, a meeting room accommodating up to 60 seated guests is recommended. No additional restaurant outlets are available.
The hotel has hosted corporate healthcare meetings, including advisory boards and training events organised by life-science and healthcare companies. Capacities accommodated include small to mid-sized groups up to 150 delegates. Its location near major academic, healthcare, and business institutions in the Amsterdam area supports relevant programme delivery. Fitness facilities are provided through a neighbouring 24/7 gym with free weights and exercise machines. Additional leisure facilities within the local area are not owned or managed by the hotel and are located approximately 1 km away.
