The hotel is located in Stuttgart within a commercial district in the northern part of the city, close to established business and transport infrastructure. The surrounding environment consists primarily of commercial buildings, transport links, and mixed-use developments rather than leisure or resort-style facilities. The property is situated adjacent to the Porsche Design Tower development and within close reach of Stuttgart’s industrial and corporate areas, including automotive and engineering business clusters. Tourist attractions are accessible but are not the primary focus of the immediate surroundings.
Delegates can access the venue primarily through public transport connections. Maybachstraße U-Bahn station is approximately a one-minute walk from the hotel, while Pragsattel U-Bahn station is approximately four minutes on foot. Stuttgart Main Station can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by public transport or taxi. Stuttgart Airport is located approximately 26 kilometres from the hotel and can typically be reached within 30–40 minutes by taxi depending on traffic conditions. The hotel provides 40 underground parking spaces managed directly by the property. An additional public parking garage with 135 spaces is located approximately five minutes’ walk from the hotel. Complimentary outdoor public parking spaces are also available nearby subject to availability. Coaches may stop outside the main entrance for short-term pick-up and drop-off activity, while longer-term coach parking is available opposite the hotel at the nearby Theaterhaus facility subject to availability.
The hotel occupies a modern contemporary tower building with an external architectural style characterised by glass, steel, and contemporary urban design elements. The property is positioned as an iconic design-led tower rather than a traditional or historic venue. Internal public areas, guest rooms, restaurants, and meeting facilities follow a modern contemporary design language with clean lines and business-focused layouts. Meeting facilities are concentrated on a dedicated conference floor, supporting operational separation between accommodation and event activity. While there is no separate conference entrance, meeting rooms are accessible via guest elevators, allowing controlled delegate movement within the venue. The design of the public and meeting areas supports professional gatherings without significant leisure or entertainment-focused theming.
The hotel offers nine conference rooms located on the 9th floor, comprising Macan, Cayenne, Panamera 1, Panamera 2, Targa 1, Targa 2, Targa 3, Boxster, and Cayman, with a combined total of approximately 550 square metres of meeting and event space. The largest meeting configuration is Panamera 1+2, which accommodates up to 104 delegates in theatre style across 129 square metres. All meeting rooms are located on a single dedicated conference floor, allowing efficient delegate circulation and supporting breakout activity within the same area. The meeting facilities are designed to support conferences, seminars, workshops, board meetings, and corporate gatherings. The hotel states that meeting rooms are equipped with modern event technology and audio-visual capabilities. Multiple meeting spaces can be privatised for exclusive use when required. There is no separate standalone conference building; however, the dedicated meeting floor supports operational separation from the restaurant and accommodation areas.
The hotel offers 168 guest bedrooms located across floors 12 to 23. Accommodation categories include 110 Standard category rooms, comprising 74 Standard Rooms and 36 Standard Rooms with Vineyard View, alongside 46 upgraded Executive-style rooms consisting of 12 Corner Superior Rooms, 10 Premium Rooms, and 24 Corner Premium Rooms. The property also offers 12 Junior Suites. Guest rooms follow a modern contemporary design style consistent with the overall building concept. Standard business amenities include work desks, complimentary Wi-Fi, in-room safes, tea and coffee-making facilities, air conditioning, and flat-screen televisions. Some room categories provide vineyard or city-facing views. Additional in-room items such as mini-fridges, bathrobes, and Nespresso machines can be removed upon request if required for compliance purposes.
The primary restaurant is Balaustine Restaurant, located on the 10th floor. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and offers Barbary Coast-inspired international and Middle Eastern cuisine. The venue has a seating capacity of approximately 90 guests and can be fully privatised for exclusive dining or corporate functions subject to minimum revenue requirements and associated room rental charges. Where full restaurant privatisation is not operationally suitable, the hotel’s meeting rooms may provide a more controlled environment for private dining requirements. Additional public gathering areas include the hotel bar with approximately 40 seats and an outdoor terrace with capacity for up to 150 guests, suitable for networking receptions and standing buffet functions. These areas cannot routinely be fully privatised. The Balaustine Restaurant was included within the OpenTable Top 50 Hotel Restaurants 2025 listing.
The hotel confirms experience in hosting healthcare and life sciences meetings alongside broader corporate event activity. The venue supports conferences, seminars, workshops, and business meetings using its dedicated conference floor and flexible meeting room layouts. The property confirms that it maintains signed MSA agreements with healthcare meeting agencies and works within the healthcare meetings marketplace, including engagement with healthcare and life sciences sectors. The venue’s meeting infrastructure supports events ranging from small meetings through to theatre-style sessions for over 100 delegates. The availability of dedicated conference space, modern AV infrastructure, and private meeting configurations supports healthcare compliance requirements for controlled meeting environments.
Fitness facilities are located on the 11th floor and include a gym equipped with both free weights and exercise machines. The fitness facilities are positioned one floor above the meeting space level, allowing convenient delegate access. The hotel does not operate a swimming pool or dedicated spa facility; however, a sauna is available onsite. The property does not primarily market itself as a wellness or spa destination. Spa treatments are not operated directly within the hotel but are available externally within Stuttgart approximately 5–10 kilometres from the property. Additional leisure-related attractions promoted in the local area include the Porsche Museum Stuttgart, which is not managed by the hotel.
The hotel holds an official 4-star superior rating and primarily positions itself as a modern business-focused property rather than a luxury resort or entertainment-led destination.
The hotels connection to the car brand Porsche is due to it occupying a few lower floors within the Porsche Design Tower leading to having it in the hotel name, but that is where connections to the car brand ends. References to the car maker Porsche may require internal assessment depending on individual healthcare company hospitality guidelines.
