The conference facilities are located together on the ground floor, allowing straightforward delegate movement between meeting rooms, guest accommodation and public areas.

Meeting Spaces

Park Inn by Radisson Kigali offers four flexible meeting rooms located exclusively on the ground floor, creating a convenient self-contained meetings environment. The meeting facilities are designed to accommodate corporate meetings, workshops, board meetings, NGO conferences, seminars, networking events, cocktail receptions and healthcare-related events. Although the hotel does not have a dedicated conference entrance, all meeting facilities are easily accessible from the main hotel entrance.

The largest event space is the Ballroom, created by combining the partitioned Homeland and Mkombozi meeting rooms. Located on the same floor are Victory, Heroes, Homeland and Mkombozi, providing flexible breakout and meeting configurations for conferences and multi-session events. All meeting rooms can be fully privatised for exclusive use, making them suitable for confidential healthcare meetings and corporate events. However, the hotel's restaurant and bars cannot be exclusively hired.

Bedrooms

The hotel offers 161 guest rooms distributed across five accommodation floors, from the first to the fifth floor. Accommodation categories comprise Standard Rooms, Superior Rooms as the executive category and Junior Suites.

Standard rooms include business-focused amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, work desks, laptop safes, tea and coffee-making facilities, mini-fridges and bathrobes. Bathrobes and other removable amenities can be taken out upon request where necessary to support healthcare compliance requirements, although the mini-fridge remains in all rooms.
