Virgin Hotels Nashville is located in Midtown Nashville, approximately 20 minutes' walk or five minutes by car from downtown Nashville. Whilst the hotel benefits from close proximity to the city's entertainment district, it is positioned outside the busiest tourist areas, providing a convenient location for business meetings whilst remaining close to the city's commercial and cultural attractions.

 

Delegates travelling by air arrive via Nashville International Airport (BNA), located approximately 8.3 miles from the hotel, with a typical journey time of around 20 minutes by taxi or rideshare. Public bus services also provide sustainable transport options between the airport and the city. The hotel offers valet parking only within a garage owned and operated by a third-party provider. A dedicated valet area accommodates up to four coaches simultaneously for delegate drop-off and collection, with an additional side valet lane capable of accommodating one further coach. The hotel does not operate an airport shuttle service.

The hotel features a modern contemporary exterior with black brick façades, extensive glazing and bold architectural styling. Its distinctive design reflects the Virgin Hotels brand while maintaining a professional appearance appropriate for business events.

 

Internally, the hotel adopts a contemporary lifestyle design inspired by Nashville's music heritage, incorporating modern furnishings, vibrant décor and stylish public spaces. Meeting rooms, guest accommodation and communal areas combine functional business facilities with design-led interiors. Whilst the overall aesthetic is contemporary and playful, the meeting facilities provide a professional environment suitable for conferences, healthcare meetings and corporate events.

 

Meeting Spaces

Virgin Hotels Nashville offers event facilities across two dedicated meeting floors, with the majority of conference space located on the second floor together with one standalone meeting room on the ground floor and several unique event spaces. The hotel provides seven traditional meeting rooms, expanding to nine event spaces when non-traditional venues are included and ten when outdoor spaces are utilised. Selected venues, including Maybelle and The Late Great, benefit from private entrances, allowing discreet delegate access and exclusive event operation.

 

The largest meeting space extends to approximately 4,000 square feet and accommodates up to 360 delegates in theatre-style configuration with front projection. Located on the same floor are The Manor and The Lawn, enabling organisers to combine plenary sessions with breakout meetings and networking areas. The flexible meeting portfolio supports healthcare meetings, advisory boards, pharmaceutical events, conferences, training programmes, receptions and social functions. All meeting areas can be fully privatised for exclusive use where required.

 

Bedrooms

The hotel offers 262 guest rooms distributed across eleven accommodation floors, spanning floors three to thirteen. Accommodation categories include Chamber King and Chamber Two Queen rooms as the standard offering, Grand Chamber King rooms as the executive category, together with Grand Chamber Suites and the Richard's Flat Penthouse Suite.

 

Guest rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi, a separate table with window seating suitable for working, in-room safes, coffee makers, full-sized ironing boards, full-sized toiletries, hairdryers, smart televisions, yoga mats and minibars with Smeg refrigerators. Bathrobes can be removed upon request; however, minibars and refrigerators remain in place and cannot be removed. The accommodation provides a high standard of facilities suitable for business travellers attending residential conferences.

 

Restaurant and Public Spaces

The hotel's principal restaurant is Commons Club, located on the ground floor, serving contemporary American cuisine throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant provides seating for approximately 60–70 guests indoors together with an additional 50–60 seats on the outdoor terrace. Due to its open two-storey design within the hotel lobby, Commons Club cannot be fully privatised for confidential healthcare dinners or presentations. For private dining requiring complete exclusivity, the hotel recommends using The Great Room, The Manor or Maybelle, which provide enclosed meeting environments with audiovisual facilities.

 

Additional hospitality venues include The Pool Club, a rooftop restaurant and bar on the fourteenth floor accommodating up to 240 guests across indoor, terrace and pool deck spaces, and The Late Great, a speakeasy-style cocktail lounge accommodating up to 75 guests. Commons Club, The Pool Club and The Late Great are also suitable for networking receptions and informal business gatherings, with private hire available subject to operational requirements.

Virgin Hotels Nashville has extensive experience hosting healthcare and life sciences meetings, including pharmaceutical meetings, veterinary meetings, healthcare conferences and related corporate events. The venue supports a variety of meeting formats ranging from accommodation-only programmes to full residential conferences with meeting space and catering.

 

The hotel confirms that it maintains Master Service Agreements with key healthcare agencies and actively works within the healthcare meetings marketplace. Its combination of flexible meeting spaces, residential accommodation and central Nashville location supports a broad range of healthcare and pharmaceutical meeting requirements.

 

Fitness

Guests have access to a 24-hour fitness centre equipped with both cardiovascular equipment, exercise machines and free weights. The hotel also offers a rooftop swimming pool located on the fourteenth floor, available exclusively as a guest amenity.

The property does not operate a spa and does not market itself as a wellness destination. No spa treatments are available. Aside from the rooftop pool, no additional leisure businesses, retail outlets or entertainment facilities operate within the hotel.

The hotel has experience hosting healthcare meetings and maintains healthcare agency agreements; however, its branding as a lifestyle hotel, multiple bars, rooftop pool venue and nightly live entertainment require careful programme planning. Healthcare meetings are best accommodated within the dedicated meeting facilities, with private dining held in enclosed meeting rooms such as The Great Room, The Manor or Maybelle rather than within the public restaurant or entertainment venues.
