The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport and is close to the E25 and E62 motorways (0.1 km). Geneva train station is 3 minutes away by shuttle or taxi.
Travellers to Geneva receive complimentary public transport cards at check-in.
Design:
The Hilton Geneva Hotel & Conference Centre has a contemporary external design with a functional, minimalist aesthetic featuring clean lines and extensive glass elements, reflecting its purpose-built nature for business and conference events.
The interiors are spacious and bright, with extensive glass windows, neutral tones of beige, grey, and soft whites, and modern furnishings that create a clean, contemporary, and professional environment ideal for business events. Bedrooms reflect the same modern style, offering functional spaces with business-friendly amenities in a neutral colour palette.
Meeting Spaces:
The Hilton Geneva Hotel & Conference Centre offers 37 flexible meeting rooms spread across multiple floors:
The Ground Floor features two large, pillar-free ballrooms suitable for conferences, exhibitions, and large-scale events, accommodating up to 800 attendees in theatre style or dinner rounds. This floor also includes several smaller meeting rooms that can be adapted to various layouts.
The first-floor houses additional meeting spaces, including boardrooms and breakout rooms, ideal for workshops, training sessions, and smaller meetings.
Lower-Level meeting rooms are equipped with service areas and a 5-ton elevator, facilitating the transport of large equipment for specialised setups.
Bedrooms:
There are 488 modern bedrooms, starting at 28m², with business-friendly amenities such as work desks, Wi-Fi, and tea/coffee-making facilities. Rooms include mini fridges (removable upon request), bathrobes, and bottled water.
Restaurant and Public Spaces:
Olivo Restaurant serves international cuisine with 60 seats and a semi-private alcove for 15 guests. The C-Bar offers a relaxed setting for snacks. Event catering uses seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant can be privatised for events, ensuring confidentiality for HCP meetings.
Experience:
The Hilton Geneva has extensive experience in hosting healthcare events, including KOL meetings, product launches, sales cycles, product training, sales incentives, and dinner meetings. The venue holds MSA agreements with key healthcare agencies and is connected to the healthcare marketplace, including science parks, hospitals, universities, and life science companies.
Fitness:
Hilton hotels has its own fitness brand, LivingWell, and its fitness centre spans 1,500m² and includes over 50 exercise machines, a 20x7 metre heated indoor pool, steam bath, and sauna. The venue does not market itself as a spa or wellness destination, ensuring suitability for business and healthcare events.
Hilton Geneva Hotel & Conference Centre is classified as a 4-star property.
The hotel website mentions a SPA however, the hotel's extensive health and fitness is provided by LivingWell, a Hilton brand and is aimed at providing guests a way to keep fit and healthy and in our opinion, does not detract from the hotel as one for business.
